    Hoping you can help as I am having problems with my SHO35 camera. Everything goes fine with adding the camera until I get to the scan part. I scan the QR code with the camera (2:25 in your video) and the camera makes the Bi sound. The problem is when I please next on the app I keep on getting this error "Note: Code Set Network Failure". The app doesn't add the camera even though the camera has connected to my Wi-Fi. When I check my router I can see that the SRICam is online and active. Adding its ip in to my browser lets me see its setting. Could you please let me know why your SRIHOME app is doing this?. I tried your support on Messenger and the basically ignored me

    Example: if storage of sd card is full then first recording will delete automatically and save recent recording??

      Yes,it will cover before recording and save the new videos. If you wanna save before videos, you can take out the SD card regularly and save them in other places.

    After connecting, when I view the video footage, at the top right it shows 1 next to an eye symbol (in red). What does that mean? Does red denote night mode/IR mode? Please let me know.

    Good day! I hope you could help me. I can't view my SH029 cameras using my SriHome app over the Internet when I am not at home. While I can view my SH024 cameras over the Internet when I am away. Why is this so?
    There is no problem with the setup (connection between Internet/modem-router/local network and SH029 is fine, in fact I have no problems accessing the SH029 through my local network).
    The internet connection at home is fine as well (using fast fiber connection).
    And the fact that I can access my SH024 cameras over the Internet when I am at another place proves that there is no problem with my home network and Internet connection.
    So I don't understand why I can't access my SH029 using my SriHome app via the Internet when I'm away from home.
    I hope you can help me out asap. Thanks!

      1. Use AP hotspot connection or router connection
      2. Check whether the DHCP of the router is enabled to obtain the IP function 3. Open the APP network setting screenshot and send it to me
      4. Restart the router,
      5. Confirm whether the customer's 4G network type is IPV6 or IPV4, and the camera does not support the IPV6 type network (you can consult the network operator for the network type);
      6. Please use your mobile phone to connect to other wifi networks or change to another mobile network mobile phone for testing.

      The camera supports the onvif protocol, and the pixels of the camera cannot be larger than the pixels supported by the NVR.

      @@medardoibarra5785 Hola, no debe reiniciar la cámara con éxito. Cuando reinicia la cámara con reinicio, no mantuvo presionado el punto de reinicio. Si la cámara se reinicia correctamente, no se conectará automáticamente a WiFi.

      Hello, it should be that the IRcut of the camera is not completely switched successfully when switching. Please try to cover the lens with your hand, let the camera switch to black and white night vision mode, and then remove your hand to see if the camera returns to normal.
      Or you can tap the camera lightly to see if it returns to normal.

    The app for this camera is the worst thing in the world, its not allowed us to see the thumbnail of video, the 24/7 recording is splitted in so many parts, i cant not see the alarms notation in the video replay. Plz watch other company did it so well.
