Hoping you can help as I am having problems with my SHO35 camera. Everything goes fine with adding the camera until I get to the scan part. I scan the QR code with the camera (2:25 in your video) and the camera makes the Bi sound. The problem is when I please next on the app I keep on getting this error "Note: Code Set Network Failure". The app doesn't add the camera even though the camera has connected to my Wi-Fi. When I check my router I can see that the SRICam is online and active. Adding its ip in to my browser lets me see its setting. Could you please let me know why your SRIHOME app is doing this?. I tried your support on Messenger and the basically ignored me

After connecting, when I view the video footage, at the top right it shows 1 next to an eye symbol (in red). What does that mean? Does red denote night mode/IR mode? Please let me know.

Good day! I hope you could help me. I can't view my SH029 cameras using my SriHome app over the Internet when I am not at home. While I can view my SH024 cameras over the Internet when I am away. Why is this so?
There is no problem with the setup (connection between Internet/modem-router/local network and SH029 is fine, in fact I have no problems accessing the SH029 through my local network).
The internet connection at home is fine as well (using fast fiber connection).
And the fact that I can access my SH024 cameras over the Internet when I am at another place proves that there is no problem with my home network and Internet connection.
So I don't understand why I can't access my SH029 using my SriHome app via the Internet when I'm away from home.
I hope you can help me out asap. Thanks!

NVS001 is an 8channel NVR. Can I change one of the camera with an IP camera(same brand diff model) and connect it to NVS001?
