Hello! I just bought this camera, but after trying to set it up there's no beeping sound right after pluging it in. Is this a defective unit? How to troubleshoot this?
Hi, if you have ever connected this camera, it will not make the sound you mentioned. The camera won't make that sound unless you factory reset the camera.
Hi, is your camera close to the router? If it is too far, poor signal will affect the connection. Also, is your password entered correctly? Please try resetting the camera and reconnecting it. Or you can connect the camera via a network cable first, then open the camera's network settings and switch to WiFi. Or connect via ap hotspot. It alwasys says Note: QR code set network failed I've been trying for hours now, still can't get it to work. Adding a device alone is hard. I just scan the QR code then it will make me type my wifi password, as i finish that, it doesn't scan the Wifi QR Connect code
