    Hello, my Srihome Cctv night vision keep turning on and off in the dark. I update the software which seem to work for one night but the same thing keep on happening the next night. What can I do?

    Great camera so far. Does the camera record 24/7 or so I have to manually press the record ? I installed the SIM card but unable to find any recordings let’s say from the previous day. Unless that’s not an option

    How can a visitor watch the live feed without having to scan the QR code on my phone. Can I share the QR code without them sitting next to me? Also, can a visitor use the microphone? Can a visitor still use the PTZ future. Thanks

    Hi, my cctv started to lose the night vision. What can i do? When there is a light the cctv is okay. But in the dark it turn black and have a dark black n white vison only in the place that have a little light in it

    I bought is for several months and every now and then I try again and again to install it. I cannot....as the app does not show what I see in this video. It actually did, one time when I bought it in Romania. It was a struggle and really frustrating. I manage to connect it to the internet after many many attempts,but then seeing that I managed I said I will not send it back and I brought it with me to Sweden. I never saw that screen again...I mean I click on + to add it but I have the row with the possibility of scanning the device but the next one is with the wifi connection that it connects automatically (i see the sign on the right) and the next row is the wifi password. I click next....and it always says to connect to the internet. The device is making the beep, the internet is on and working...and the Sri app is the latest. Can you please help me?

I bought a SD card and tried to format it on the camera but message came out that it failed. I then got the micro SD card formatted on a mobile phone and its working. However when I inserted it in the camera and I went into SD Card Info and pressed Format Card. After buffering, the message comes out "Not found SD card". Appreciate your advice.

      @@srihomeipc2229 Thank you for your prompt response. However, I am still unclear about one thing. We had the same SH025 camera earlier bought in 2019 and it works fine. We got this new one (same model) now for the other room but it shows zoomed view showing less in the screen so one has to keep panning it through the controls. Why am I not able to get a view (unzoomed) like the old camera when models are same. Appreciate your prompt response. Thanks
