Completely agree I have skipped forward so many times and still talking about how he's gonna push it to the back and work around the Gravely. Aaannd then more talking and video of trees and the lawn that looks no different. Still hasn't touched the front shrubs he's spoken about four times.
This house has really good BOBES!!! What a Beauty!!! I absolutely LOVE that front porch with the beautiful Columns and the lovely overhang. The brick is beautiful. I don’t remember and don’t want to go look , if the windows have shutters or not, but I can just see it all cleaned up with a beautiful front door, the columns freshly painted white, with shutters on the windows, painted either white or Black, I think Black would look the best. The Iron railing all cleaned up, painted black. Then have a door knocker and a kick plate on the front door in gold, with a beautiful American flag hanging on one side of the porch steps. It would be gorgeous!!! You can gut the inside and you and your wife could make it amazing!! Is this going to be your new home, or is this a flip??? I’m so excited to see what you do with it. 😊
It certainly needs a clear out of those trees. You have done well so far! You can actually see the house now! I cannot wait to see the house clear out! Heck if I lived near you I would come and help you clear it out! Be great to see the bones of the house! 👍👍👍👍👍😀
I'm sure your video skills will improve as the project continues. I find this type of project so interesting and am excited to see all the work that's done. Even the clearing out of the yard!
I'm trying thanks, less talk more work seems to be the thought. Guess I was just a little too excited to clean that yard up and couldn't shut my mouth!
Wow what an improvement just clearing the front of the house I think it's going to look fantastic when your finished.love the look of the front looks so much Bigger.
I watched your first video with your wife when the two of you explored the inside of this home. WOW! You have a huge job in cleaning and renovating this large home. But, it is so awesome that you are going to do the work to save this old home. So often they are demolished or left to decay beyond saving.
Olá, que ótimo trabalho você está fazendo no quintal, e acredito que la dentro será muito complicado,e acredito que muito interessante de acompanhar, ancioso para o próximo vídeo.um abraço para vocês direto do Brasil.🙋🇧🇷🌲
Please let us know in your next video how much you paid for it and the amount of property that you bought with it. Also, would you please try to find a historical photo from when it was first built. I'm sure there are many others that would be interested in these things.. You could probably find a photo at the historical society in your area.
Advice: show closeups of items you don’t personally want and assign it an item number. Get a P.O. Box and show that in the description. Let people help with the build financially by buying some of your items. Dibs for the bronze Eagle on the front porch!!
Wow! What a difference a weekend makes! So awesome to actually see the house it is gorgeous!. One tip I would give you on the filming is to try to set the camera with the sun behind it. Otherwise you get that washed out look.
Stumbled upon your show. Just subscribed and looking forward to watching your progress. Great job so far, can’t wait for this old beauty to come back to life. There are lots of treasures inside, don’t burn everything.
Wow what a fabulous place ! Federal Style? Looking forward to more videos . I share the same last name but different pronunciation. “Buck-Han”Scottish descent . Keep up the good work.
No need to apologize for the last video. Enjoyed seeing your wife in the video too. If you have her on more often you'll attract more women to your channel, Look forward to seeing the progress. However, a picture is worth a thousand words. Great job. That was a LOT of work.😢
Great house!! Could you tell us how long it's been vacant? Without the previous owner before you? Also where are you generally speaking? From what I gathered in the 1st vid, you and your family plan on living there right? I can't wait to see the progress! Thank you!
I seem to remember seeing a reply in the first video that said the house has been vacant for approx. 12 years and that the previous inhabitant was a school principal .
I’m in for long haul on this Reno …..couple suggestions……clean camera lens,,,,,use 2 cameras….dont face camera to the sun….less time lapse….i personally love to see some of the work without a total time lapse ..and yes less chat more work….jmo…but this is a very cool project…. what county and state is this in?…..very cool though so far 👍🏻
Never forgot see the actual work being done. Fast foreword would be fine. Only heard talk about wanting to do and then explaining what you did. The free lawn care videos do a good job and shows progress as they go. All the talk becomes a groan
WOW! Just cleaning up the property is a major job. A bull dozer sounds like a very good idea. Just getting that old mother home off the property is a major task.
Please be sure and check all books. Don't know what the previous owner was elderly but they love to hide money in between pages of books. Just check everything that has paperwork like file folders.
Sometimes the video is so fast we can't catch what's happening, then the person comes on the screen an spends 13 minutes king us what they plan to do. Some advise maybe.. just do it and we'll watch the outcome without so much commentary. And slow it down by half so we can see it unfold also.
I love renovation and cleanup videos. However, I feel like you skipped a lot of the cleanup and I would’ve liked to have seen more work and perhaps less explaining. Just my opinion, thanks.🇨🇦❤️
More doing and less talking please. This is a great project and you can probably grow your channel a lot with a renovation series. But it would be good to show more of the actual work and less of the talking. The process is what is interesting.
Sorry you Talk too much we like to see not hear .. we can see the progress without you explaining how to cut things down! Wont be able to watch if you don’t ! 😊
Sir you have a monumental task on your hands. But a big track excavator will make things easier with trees and brush removal. I watched the first episode and tyvek and respirators are a very good idea. I plan to follow your progress with this. Yes I subscribed to watch it through.
Less talk more work please. We will all appreciate once we see progress. Thanks and lots of love and support to preserve this beautiful home
Why be a rude moron! Less rude messages and just enjoy the videos or leave and don't let the door hit you in the ass!
This kind of work takes time, especially if someone works full time and can only do this in their spare time. Patience is a virtue.
What state is this beautiful home? Can't wait to see the progess!
Completely agree I have skipped forward so many times and still talking about how he's gonna push it to the back and work around the Gravely. Aaannd then more talking and video of trees and the lawn that looks no different. Still hasn't touched the front shrubs he's spoken about four times.
He's making a historical account of the property! You could always volunteer to come help with the cleanup.
Wow you are moving right along
Front yard is huge 😊
Discovering what you have in this adventure is half the journey right 😊
Glad I got in on the first video. Glad you got respirator to clean it out. But there surely some treasures in that house
Great old Greek Revival, just needs alot of love. Look forward to watching your journey. Alright get crackalakin.
With everything cleared from the house and yard, you can actually see the potential there🎉🎉🎉
Rent a large wood chipper. You can then use that for mulch around your trees
I’ve actually got a buddy with one so I might see if I can borrow it
That’s a great idea!

I didn't realize how pretty it is until you took out those bushes! Such a grand old home!
It certainly needs a clear out of those trees. You have done well so far! You can actually see the house now! I cannot wait to see the house clear out! Heck if I lived near you I would come and help you clear it out! Be great to see the bones of the house! 👍👍👍👍👍😀

What a gorgeous old property. You deserve kudos for rescuing this grand old girl. Huge job, but so much potential! Much enjoying the content.
Thanks!!
Oh my! What a lovely old home and property. So worth saving!
Thank you!
Wow what an improvement just clearing the front of the house I think it's going to look fantastic when your finished.love the look of the front looks so much Bigger.

I watched your first video with your wife when the two of you explored the inside of this home. WOW! You have a huge job in cleaning and renovating this large home. So many years driving by this lot and I don’t think I ever noticed a house back there. Looks good! Looking forward to more videos.
So many people have said that! It's a shame but if it was kept up we probably wouldn't have been able to afford it so who knows
I really love the look of that mansion, manor, Huge house. Beautiful.
I’m very excited for you and your wife. I’m sure it’s going to look fabulous. It will take time and we are all rooting for you!!!
Thank you for that kind comment!
It will be great bringing that home back to life. You definitely have a job ahead of you. Good luck and be safe.
Just found your channel today. He got me me hooked 👍 .
Awesome job! Also, Go Bills! ❤
Go Bills!
Looks so much better already!
Great vid
This is gonna be fun to watch! Good for you and best wishes!
You sound like my wife lol but I am trying to work on it.
What a lot of work but so rewarding!
Olá, que ótimo trabalho você está fazendo no quintal, e acredito que la dentro será muito complicado,e acredito que muito interessante de acompanhar, ancioso para o próximo vídeo.um abraço para vocês direto do Brasil.🙋🇧🇷🌲
Thanks for watching from Brazil wow!
Bet you're neighbors love you hi from Colorado Springs 😀
Hello!!
It going to be great. You just need some help or big equipment but you are doing great. Can’t wait to see the rest of the clean up
Big equipment is on it's way and will save so much time. Time we can spend inside
Glad to have found your channel and looking forward to watching this beauty come back to life, from southwestern PA.
How wonderful to see the house finally!
Please let us know in your next video how much you paid for it and the amount of property that you bought with it. Also, would you please try to find a historical photo from when it was first built. I'm sure there are many others that would be interested in these things.. You could probably find a photo at the historical society in your area.
Working on the historical society, hoping they have something and that we find older pictures inside when cleaning.
Suggest cleaning your camera lens, everything looks hazy... You have a great house there and it will be a great family home when you're finished.
Noted, thanks
Advice: show closeups of items you don’t personally want and assign it an item number. Get a P.O. Box and show that in the description. Let people help with the build financially by buying some of your items. Dibs for the bronze Eagle on the front porch!!
great idea...
Wow! What a difference a weekend makes! So awesome to actually see the house it is gorgeous!. One tip I would give you on the filming is to try to set the camera with the sun behind it. Otherwise you get that washed out look.
Glad I found you! What an exciting project. Looking forward to seeing the progress. WNY here.
GO BILLS!
Yes I recall the previous owner saying they were from Wales, must have been an industrious family
I really like the style of the house.
Looking lots better. Nice video.
Thanks 👍
I love your pretentious little house. 👏 Gotta go back and watch # 1 Exciting ! ❤
No need to apologize for the last video. Enjoyed seeing your wife in the video too. If you have her on more often you'll attract more women to your channel, Look forward to seeing the progress. However, a picture is worth a thousand words. Great job. That was a LOT of work.😢

Very cool! When will you address the roof? I think I’d rent a trash dump trailer for the house clean up.
Oh my, way to much taking ! Just get to work !
Sorry talking !
Noted, trying to get better at balancing all of this!
Really love the vids, might be to much talking! Sorry!
Very short explanation and we'll catch on by seeing what you are doing.😊
Your a rude jerk! Stop leaving rude messages and just watch or leave! So sick of Entitled People! Always telling people how to make their videos!
Go Bills! Watching from Williamsville NY!
GO BILLS!
I like seeing what you've accomplished. Not bein 2:01 g critical but would rather see. you doing instead of you saying what you're going to do.

Pretty tedious, it was. But we are still here. Let’s see what today holds. 🎉
You could do with the guy called “Midlife Stockman” he is on UA-cam. I think he is great at tackling gardens such as yours!
yeah , I watch him also LOL
Great content. Maybe mustie1 could get the gravely running again.
not bad... laid back. All good..
Great project, what part of New York are you in? I am the Thousand Islands region.
Finger Lakes Region, thanks for watching!
Can you push instead of pull? Pull the trees and brush to the barn foundation?
I may have missed it, but do you know when the house was originally built?
1815, the “wing” to the left of the main pillars was an addition in 1849
Tow the motor home out to the road and put a free sign on it.
Definitely remove a lot of trees then plant new trees. It will renew the energy on the land.
You need a saw saw a blower a burn barrel bleach a pressure washer and it not that bad
Where about are you located id love to give ya a helping hand I have lots of free time it would be great
I'd help with the clean out! I'll bring a hazmat suit and respirator. Oh a shovel! Not sure where you're located
there has been plenty of " Go Bills " replies . . . I would guess western New York .
Books can go to your local library
Should of rented a big wood chipper for weekend
I would pull the camper out and cut my losses on the thing. That seems easier than the way you're doing it now.
Agree, found the folder on it in the house, they paid close to $50k for that in 1987!! Such a shame it has less than 7000 miles on it
0:22 yes, please let explanation and chat…I’m running your videos at 2x speed to get to the actual progress being made
Where is this located?
WOW! Just cleaning up the property is a major job. A bull dozer sounds like a very good idea. Just getting that old mother home off the property is a major task.
former owner was vibe creepy. Silence of the lambs? no one could get out unless he let them..eeuuwww
Please be sure and check all books. Don't know what the previous owner was elderly but they love to hide money in between pages of books. Just check everything that has paperwork like file folders.
Originally from honeoye falls ny ur somewhere near there. Left the cold 15 years ago. This is good stuff!
It might wisteria vines
I’d like to see the process less talk!
I bet you have a fuse box.
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊🎉
I agree, get rid of all the Maple Trees. They grow like weeds.
Where in the world is this house located? What state?
Upstate NY between Syracuse and Rochester
You need a drone
Getting there!
Just a suggestion. Maybe less talking and more actual work. You can always subtitle words as you’re going. Can’t wait to see what you all do 😊.
Stop telling people how to make videos. Don't like it then don't watch! He is saying what he wants to do! Leave him alone!
Rent a chipper/shredder!
Sometimes the video is so fast we can't catch what's happening, then the person comes on the screen an spends 13 minutes king us what they plan to do. Some advise maybe.. just do it and we'll watch the outcome without so much commentary. And slow it down by half so we can see it unfold also.
Thanks I agree and still learning
More work less talk
Never show keys on video it is extremely easy for someone to make a copy of your key with a screenshot and then they have access to your property
Wow never knew that, scary
Omg all that talking
I love renovation and cleanup videos. However, I feel like you skipped a lot of the cleanup and I would’ve liked to have seen more work and perhaps less explaining. Just my opinion, thanks.🇨🇦❤️
Your feedback mirrors a few others like it, I will be talking less in the future!!

Thank you, the 20 ton farm excavator is on the way once we get some ditch clearing done with it
