There's A LOT of lawn care guys on youtube, but, you ARE one of the BEST Sean. This is why your channel is exploding while the others aren't really going anywhere. They've hit a "plateau". Keep doing what you're doing, and DON'T CHANGE! Keep up the great work buddy!!!

I agree. He is the best at this. He does things the right way, the way I'd do them. Which to me is the right way, lol, and I think your mom will agree with me. Im not 85, but I'm close to 70. I need both my hips replaced and a knee. So I haven't been able to get out in my yard this year. I miss it too, it's more my hobby than work.

That's exactly what I came here to say. To me it's not only how great he does on the lawns but how he treats people with respect that makes everyone love him.
I've noticed a lot of people doing that these days when they solicit, which I appreciate.
I have +20 yrs experience as a service electrician in private homes. That is the only way to ring a doorbell. You stand back, clearly visible from the door spy. And Smile! :)

It would be even better if the neighbors would help out some. Back this spring I cut a dead tree beside a neighbor's driveway. When I was about 75% done I got some help from others in the neighborhood. They wanted to tackle a dead shoot off another tree, but it was over the power, electrical and cable lines. I didn't have the tools to skills to do that without doing damage to the wires so I bowed out, but later on someone else did that job for him.

@@harpintndepends on people's circumstances. I'm not in a physical position to clean my own yard far less someone else's. I just pay someone to do it. A lot of people have back issues etc.
@@jacijune I am aware that not everyone is able to do yard work. I am not near as able as I once was. 30+ years ago I could work all day in hot place then come home and push mow. Now I have a zero turn, and only get out the string trimmer every 2 or 3 mows. With that said many neighbors can help the elderly and disabled some before their yard looks like a jungle.
I love how you mention Date Night. Proof that helping the communities does not mean a person cannot maintain a healthy family life. Good on ya, mate! Keep up the great work.

It makes me sad to see these abandoned houses. Someone once lived there, maybe raised children, and now it sits alone and unloved. Thanks for showing it some love.
I know... The owner came home one day with that lawn ornament, proudly placed it on the front lawn, now it's ignored. Summers spent sitting on the front porch kids playing and laughing...all gone 😢
I always wonder about the back story. Why is it vacant? So many memories made and lives lived and now it stands vacant with possible squatters. Sad.
@@CLW12 One more area where a squatter will stay away from. They love to stay in houses where they won't be seen. I love the after pictures of his work.

The other lawn care youtubers don't FINISH the job. You make sure it is 100 percent and you tackle massive jobs and you connect with the residents. Yours is the best channel.

I always laugh when they stop because of poison ivy! I get it every summer - sometimes really bad. But that's an excuse, not a reason.

We had date night when my kids were small. I would pay a college student from our church to keep the kids. We would pay her the same amount each time, no matter if we were gone for 2 hours or 4. It gave us a sitter and gave her some spending money. As time passed, our daughter was the flower girl in her wedding. Such fond memories.
It's so refreshing to see neighbors come up and shake your hand in appreciation. Better yet, it seems as if most recognize you and your channel! Awesone❤

I understand how the journey can be crawling out from the hole and regaining one's health. You dont have to wait until you're healed to be of value. You can share your journey with others. Determine area you are working on. Set your intentions. Share with others what you have determined.. and take that first step. Not only can they cheer you in, they may find their way as well to regaining their health.

The ONE thing I learned from my parents about having a home; you have to get older..... two stories and large lots can be difficult as you age. If you don't plan to sell; get what you can manage down the line. THANKS for helping her

Wow, Sean, you are by far the best out there who does yard transformations. You give 110% on every job you do. You cut the grass, edge, rake, trim the trees, and bushes, and blow everything off. And if needed you repair minor repairs. You have a heart bigger than you are, I’ve told you this before, but you are truly a blessing to your community. I know the neighbors are very grateful. Hopefully one day these houses will have lovely families living in them. I cannot wait to see the next video that comes out by you. I also want to mention how positive and upbeat you are, it’s nice to see that for a change. And again as always, you motivate me. absolutely one of the best guys on UA-cam in lawn care. We know others would have refused to do three lawns. And you did the first house and than tackled that abandoned house and than went to the corner house that should be torn down and cleaned that up also , so the children are safe.

Cleaning up this one house improved the entire community. The property looks incredible. The extra steps of trimming the bushing in the neighbor's yard and mowing another neighbor's back yard was the icing on the cake! Awesome transformations.
