@@lifewish.stupid advice right here, never train plyometrics 4 times a week, your CNS gets fatigued everytime you do plyometrics, at most train it twice a week for best results.
@@thedreaminghooper Nah you can't gemeralise that. Everybody can handle a different amount of training volume. Try 4 a week, if you notice your mood and motivation shift, you know it's too much. It's the same with regular gym workouts.

Bro I’ve been doing your plyos for 2 days 5 of them a day (idk if that’s ok or not but I don’t like my friends make it fun of me for having a short vertical)
Plyometrics is a waste of time and it's dangerous because you are accumulating stress on your joints. There is no special formula to jumping higher. You just need to get your legs stronger through resistance training, and then practice the specific type of jump you are trying to get better at.
i increase my jump 3 inches in one month by doing plyometrics. Ya it is dangerous for your joints if you don't do STRETCHING AND WARMUPS before that. And you said what??!!! "There is no specific formula to jump higher???!!! Bro that means you didn't even do plyometrics !! Like you didn't even try to do it and just sitting here and talking s@it
Yea they work but its a recipe for getting injured in the long term. If you want to learn how to dunk for example, just get your legs stronger, make sure you aren't carrying excess body weight and practice dunking until you get it. If you are a high jumper, hurdler, volleyball player or whatever just practice those specific jumps. @@harshitkumar926

@@Nolimit_Akon I stopped but it was actually not bad before and even now
So you don’t have to rewatch the video every time you finish a set:
3x5 seated jumps
3x6 reactive hurdles
3x5 depth jump
3x3 step push off

1 minute
