You just rescued my work day! That was amazing, thank you. I really appreciated that you took it slow, because I probably would not have held those stretches on my own otherwise. I'll take your advice and go to my osteopath right after the holiday.
I get it randomly from time to time, usually if I have a man bag strapped over my shoulder/collarbone, even when the bag is light 😅 this was really helpful
I am hypermobile (Eds) and I work long desk shifts and also cook a lot, thank you for these! The protraction and retraction was very difficult and triggered all sorts of places in mid and low back, along with muscle spasms. I got a lot to work on it seems
I'm hypermobile and my collarbone one one side along with aith neck muscles at front and side always feel tight, pressure, and like an internal 'itchy' feeling. I wish i could get rid of it. Going on 3 years now 😭
For me I might have collarbone tightness and pain it’s probably because I lift trash bags filled with used kitchen rags & aprons as well as brown napkins and discarded food and paper sheets for large oven pans
Ma'am I am speaking from Bangladesh Ma'am I broke my collar bone last 2 months I went to hospital doctor gave me support belt and said after 30 days go away after I went I asked to do Esre come after doctor came
ive had something bugging the hell out of me under my clavical..like something is pinched for 3 years!! ... but behind...all kinds of crackling and poping too.. like something is rubbing together... I hope this could help...
@@gr3engirl well..I can tell you that this didn't really help me.. you can still give it a try..but I think the best thing to do is get a MRI.. im still waiting on my appoinment...its taking forever..🙄 ive tried everything on youtube...and no one seems to have a video for this specific thing...its so annoying!....
@@tankconnors7323 ugh yah, my next appointment is in March! So let’s see. I did this yesterday, it helps a little. But so much popping! Like what is going onn
@@tankconnors7323 been working out alot recently and I basically can't do any chest because I have a sharp pain under my collarbone on my left side it's driving me crazy. Is this similar to what you experienced at all ?
@@joshuagoudie2849 its weird. Because if I control my movements at the gym when I do chest. It actually stretches it. And feels better... But I have to be careful. And the gym is the only thing keeping me sane.. 😂.. Try holding the stretch long when you do your chest.. For me it feels good and helps.
I have that too. I had physical therapy for my neck and that’s what they focused on first . The neck, shoulders, and clavicle are part of the same muscle group. I used to have loud clicking of the muscle across my collarbone. It’s quieter now . Don’t ignore the importance of those three areas . It was scary for me and my (untrained) physical therapist at first instance thought I broke my collarbone. It was so tight that it used to feel like someone was sitting on my sternum and got so bad at one point , I felt like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen . I also get a pulling behind my ears that sounds like water is moving, but isn’t . And a bit of tmj prior to physical therapy. This video will save a lot of people from the cost of physical therapy. I’m still on my journey after two years. Once the neck loosens the rest follows . Meaning collarbone work …, because I was that tight and locked . Try squeezing your shoulders back and opening your chest as well. Note the exercises also loosen joint fluids which loosens up the clicking. It’s joint lubricant. And really needs to be done daily for me although my PT said 3 x a week 10 minutes a day is enough.
I was in so much pain and have been stretching for a year now and am in significant less pain. I will keep stretching. I will say her stretches are not the best...
Wow! I had been struggling with the pain for a long time. Doing this just once felt so good.. will be doing this every day now. Can’t thank you enough

What about sleeping on your side. Can that make your collarbone sore.
