In my understanding we manage things which are presious to us for example our families,our business,our money,our property but why would somebody want to manage stress? You only want to manage stress if you have assumed that stress is an extra limp that people have in their body.Stress is an appendage that you cant get rid of however stress is not part of you-you get stressful because you have no idea of how to handle your mind-no attention has been paid also how to handle your emotions your body and your life energies-nothing has been done about it.You are managing such a sophisticated system accidentally and therefore being stressful is a natural outcome of such an unconsious living and now you go around looking for advice or useful tips of how to manage stress....it will never work !
