The drills that have helped me the most have been the butt on the wall drill and throwing the golf balls. Such simple and effective drills!
How? I weigh 200 pounds and you probably weigh 150. My 70 percent is different than your 70 percent. Unless the board can change resistance, it isn't trying to get 70 percent forward, because it is no idea what that is.
It's all relative. Your 50/50 is the same as my 50/50 so the percentages don''t care how much you weight. Does that make more sense now?
