      @@haroldhart5702 use these four exercises for stronger ankles. Jump higher and wider for higher landing impact. Higher impact you can handle with = stronger ankles!
      Use also all kinds of landing positions like linear-,lateral- & multidirectional landings. It’s all about routine for your central nervous system!
