The flexibility in design that they have for 'bad guy' suits is always so much cooler than the protagonist's side. I really love the old Zeon stuff and the Dwadge custom is no exception.
That's the beauty of the Gundam 0079 mechanical designers having free reign over the antagonist MS. The Federation stuff is all toy-like in order to push toy sales at the time, something that was mandated by producers, but they didn't give any say on the Zeon MS designs. It's also partially why Tomino gave the Zeon MS such strange, particular names: he had no oversight in that aspect of things, so he just gave half of them random sounds as names to see if anyone would stop him or care.

Be very careful with those antennas on its head, they're really fragile.
