Dan got me interested in hardcore bowhunting again after many years. No food plots, $80K tractors, and 500 acres of land to kill big bucks. Just woodsmanship, common sense and boot leather. Gotta love Dan.... the hunting Beast. God Bless ya Dan and what you've done for hunting!!!
This man has changed the course of modern day hunting by debunking the myth that tech and flashy tools are what makes a successful hunter rather than just simple woodsmanship. Dan is a true living legend of our sport. He is a perfect example of true hunting skills and woodmenship getting it done without all the crazy gimmicks an products that these sellouts on tv are pushing. Now that he is sharing all is knowledge with the public it's awesome!
The beast. Dan made that taxidermy look like the whitetail room in cabelas! And just knowing he hunts on public land makes it that much more impressive!
Great story. You are obviously a skilled hunter. Hearing you talk, you feel the excitement. Like the very first deer that you had ever taken. It's awesome. I feel that same way every time I am in the stand. Awesome. And congrats from a fellow Buckeye.
what a legacy of great buck and stories....Now thats a guy worth tailing and seeing where he parks to hunt lol... Thanks for Sharing Dan... thumbs up came early as soon as I saw your shirt...
I've never owned an inch of dirt in my life. Never a trail cam. And hardly a tree stand and I've been fortunate to harvest 11 bucks in my life so far and I'll never change. To me its all about the challenge and the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
@@russelllangworthy8855 I agree as well...my taxidermist is nearly $700 for a shoulder mount..but they look awesome...obviously..I can't stand when guys take thier bucks to someone who rebuilds engines by day and mounts 20 deer each year for $350 and then tries to tell you he's mount looks as good as yours lmfao 🤣
@@petergozinya2607 I can’t remember the exact year I had my first mount done…around 1985 I think…but it was $295, which was a little higher than normal back then. I just picked up my most recent mount last month and it cost me $725.
I’m in my Mid 30s and Live in Michigan. I will have a wall just like that when I’m 50. Halfway their now with public. I used to learn from ALL the guys that were kind of like him.. I quit!! Dan is literally the Only one I watch anymore, as he is really a beast! Dude is so humble.! And he loves to bear hunt like me which is also sick
The first time I saw Dan on “the hunting public” i was like, get a load of this guy, how’d he even get on the show… fast forward 1 episode… this guy is a “beast” 😦
I could sit and watch a video about every single one of these deer. Great vid. People think taxidermy is just the end product of trophy hunting. Not the way I see it. This way they live forever. Very cool.
Good stuff. I could listen to Dan’s hunting stories all day. These hunting show celebrities wouldn’t last 10 minutes hunting with Dan. About the first time they were in waist high water on the edge of a cattail marsh dumping out their boots in the dark. It would be over. 😂🤣
Hey guys, since Dan just smacked a giant swamp monster today. Can we get a part 2 that's like 45mins or more? Where he talks about different scenarios with each deer?
This is awesome Dan the Beast Man. Story telling and reliving the moment with us is greatly appreciated and enjoyed. How old were you Dan when you killed your first Pope and Young Whitetail?
How in the world do you get to know exactly when and where these deer hang out and bed ? My woodsman-ship and time spent must not be good enough . You definitely have what it takes . Way to go !
He truly forgot a lot of the bucks and of the stories. Dan only remembers the real tough ones or the ones that pestered at him and got his adrenaline jacked..
Pretty sure the mature buck I was hunting this year started bedding next to the parking lot during the rut here in Michigan. It was hard to find his bedding area that late it was around the end of October I went to a newer areas I never have Ben and quickly picked apart rut trails he was using but he had so many rubs I never got a chance to intrude to severly I was afraid if blowing him out but the area is heavy doe as well which is a bad thing Round here. Any way after a good sit seeing doe and a 4 point I left the area. I made a little noise in my exit, I wasn't in the designated parking lot at this time, and I heard what would have been a big sounding deer hauling arse to the spot I made noise. I assume it was him wondering who was in his area he was ready to fight. Well a day or 2 goes by and I go in at the designated parking lot and walked about 3 yards and a nice silhouette of a deer In a very small clearing blew at me and disappeared. I never have he cheked that area out yet. Going to in January some time. Moral of the story, some times I public the parking lot is a great spot.
One of the most unflashy, unassuming, modest, interesting hunting celebrities of all time.
And even if the action is slow in a particular video, it's still so interesting with rich content!
Unlike John Eberhard bragging all the time blowing his own horn

Thanks to Whitetail Cribs and Dan for letting me and Trudell Outdoor Adventures Taxidermy Studio be a part of an epic show!

He hunts private also.. last one he killed on his channel came from private I believe. Still impressive though
Yea I no. There’s like 1 maybe 2. And it’s not private land that he’s only hunting. There’s other people hunting it.

Man I love to hear him talking about the hunts and deer over the years!! Reminds me of my uncle that showed me everything about it as a kid.
Best episode of whitetail cribs yet. Love those stories!
This was the one i was most excited for. I look up to Dan more then any person in the hunting industry. Keep up the good work buddy.
This was the most anticipated episode I have waited for
Dan is my hunting idol. I've stepped my game up 10 fold over the last couple of years following his hunting method.
Dan is a pretty down to earth guy. I could listen to his stories all day. He definitely has an awesome collection of antlers.
That's why at the end of every one of Dan's videos 📹 he says (GOT ME ANOTHER ONE) 👍
Coming back to this video 2 years later and Dan really took his health into consideration and it’s amazing!
I was so hypnotized by all the big bucks I didn't notice his shirt until like halfway thru the video
My favorite one to date! Dan just flat out knows how to get it done!
Dan you are definitely the coolest most down to earth “real “ deer hunter on UA-cam!
I hunt strictly public ground and I look up to this man. He is a legend in my book!
Epic interview with Dan. Thanks Exodus Trail Cameras for making my ride home from work better than just the routine counting 1000’s of ducks.
Dan's shirts are always the best.
A normal Wisconsin man that loves hunting but is willing to put in the work. The beast!!Merica

This wisco gentleman is the most knowledgeable whitetail hunter in the country. Thanks for posting this video.

The best part about this guy is his shirt 👍🏻
Dan is a serious hunter for sure. What ever it takes.
Love the stories and the great collection of mounts, memories

Dan is amazing. All about the business. Mans been extremely successful
Incredible body of work!
I’ve learned a ton reading and watching this guy.
Great job Mr. Dan love to hear those stories!
Long overdue! Nothing but respect for Infalt and the rest of the Beast crew.

Thanks for sharing Dan. Love all the stories. I would love to know as much as you do about hunting.
Thanks Jake. Giving the fans what they want

I could listen to Dan talk about his Pope N Young Bow kills all day long-This video needed to be way longer so he could cover every Buck
Dan picked out his most memorable bucks to share with us! That mans time is valuable!
Because bow kills are the only kills that matter right Vegas

At least you actually liked this one and weren’t complaining about it.
