Imagine having so many deer you have to keep them at a sporting goods store. What a legend!
Imagine having so much money that you could shoot a pope and young buck every fricken year almost
@@Ah-zw4nc why do you have to have money to shoot a pope and young deer?
@@camthecameraman5096 he might be talking bout gun cost and tag cost but idk why else really
@@remingtonsmith734 those cost the same no matter how big the animal
@@camthecameraman5096 elk tag see whole lot more expensive just saying teen traditional whitetail
John Eberhart is finally getting some recognition, very happy for him, well deserved.
@@saulgood6190 in Michigan, not necessarily other states
Most people don't realize that when John makes note of his early 70's era Michigan whitetail kills, that elevated hunting wasn't legal yet. Those were from the ground!
Mad respect from a fellow Michigan archery whitetail hunter since 1972.
You nailed it.
@@jamescannon4917 no pen deer but If you only new the rest ,I Kno w why he started hunting from a saddle

The pinnacle of deer hunting John has done it all, the best episode yet !!
"I had sleep deprivation really bad, but it was worth it!" That's my style, love it!
Pretty much no sleep for 4 days! This guy is the navy seal of hunting. Haha love it though, you can tell he absolutely is passionate about bow hunting and he remembers every kill. Much love from Minnesota
Instant classic! A perfect sequel to the 2019 interview on the channel that covered: Hunting Public Land Pressured Bucks, Tree Saddle, and Scent Control
John Eberhart Is an absolute deer hunting legend. Not to mention his angler accomplishments. Geez, what can't this guy do!
pheasant hunt apparently
@@ripvanwinkle9647 😂 😂 true
@@ripvanwinkle9647 😂😂😂
Juggle?
Yeah I’ve known of his whitetail accomplishments, no clue about his angling
I could listen to every story of every deer on that wall, need a double episode with him. Lol
I'd rather listen to his plan on conservation
I’m watching this in school but all I gotta say is wow. Just WOW that is just incredible amazing. And great stories
"less is more" John... just kidding ..true legend and thanks for your crib tour and the last podcast and all your awesome input.. I like how you tell it like it is... I've come to realize that guys like John also have a six sense that simply can't be taught as well... Another great show Exodus !!
Very nice! I enjoy the stories about the hunts. A mount is just another mount without the details of the kill. Could listen and trade stories all day long with this gentleman. I couldn't tell you what I did yesterday but could look at any deer I have and tell you about the entire day. that to me is what makes a trophy a trophy!
John, I'm 58, and I've bowhunted 41 years. You and I are similar. I've studied deer since age 12. I strictly hunt public land. Moved from Mississippi 5 years ago to Kansas, lived there 2 years, bought my life time hunting license, and moved to Iowa. All to deer hunt these 2 states every year.
This is by far my favorite episode, but I love them all
Can’t freaking wait ! Such a legend ! Maybe one day you guys will come see my collection in North Carolina 😁
I owe a lot of the way I hunt to John. I bought his CDs years ago. He is the reason I went to saddle stlye hunting and never looked back. He brought a lot of good ideas to the table including using mini vans ,lol. John used totes to organize his scent free clothing years ago. His CDs are still as good today as the were back in the day.
John you have guided the sport to a new level. I've been reading your articles for years and benefitted greatly from all the advice you've shared. Thank you John! Trek deep, haul heavy
What a perfect thing to watch on break 😎 been waiting for this episode for a while!!

Thanks for sharing your business and hunting fishing experiences.
John is an extremely thorough sportsman. I've gotten an immense amount of information from him.
That is so cool. Well done guys. Thank You
Wow! Mr.Eberhart’s accomplishments are jaw dropping!
YES I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE MAN HIMSELF THIS GUY IS A DEER SLAYER
I would love to set around a camp fire for a weekend & just listen to johns storys.
Lots of respect for this man , best episodes ever !
This needs a part 2 what a legend
I could listen to Mr Eberhart for hours. What a neat guy🦌🦃
I put on his podcasts and the night at ford motor company flies by
Always wondered what John's crib looks like with all those bucks!!
Wow , incredible.. really enjoyed this.
Awesome episode! John is Michigan deer hunting legend. Proof you still can shoot mature bucks on public land here in Michigan!
john you are an amazing hunter. i hunt in ny very pressured state. my collection is about 1/10 of yours lol great record.
Eberhart and Infalt are the Godfathers of modern whitetail hunting. Different tactics that work well and the knowledge and experiences of both these men have been past on.
Very impressive of Eberhart to recall the accounts of each kill and catch.
I thank its really cool for these old deer to live on public and grow old on it imagine the stories the deer would have through bow muzzleloader and gun season
That’s the ultimate pro right there. Legend
I love jays wonderful store I got my first combo there when I was 5 years old
legend. Thanks John.
This is a amazing collection
Speechless!
Thats so cool he hunts public land. Much respect!💪🏽🇺🇸👏🏼
Truly one of the best to ever do it
This man is a hunting. And fishing machine wow
I always Respected Jon and love his Strategies for hunting pressured public properties for big bucks.
He gets R done!
Thank you for this 🙏
Awesome video great hunter for sure
I need to borrow John's tape measure.
Great episode
Awesome show
Anybody else starting salivating the moment John opened the door!🤣
Love your book, ( bowhunting pressed whitails) ,
The stories he could tell!
Come to Ga. I got a guy with about 50 deer, Turkey, bear, everything you can think of
Dang, one common theme in all of these so-called CRIB posts. I need the cleaning service for my properties to stay in the game with these beyond pristine places! Impressive!
John had to be an under-study of Dick Swan to have caught a toad Steelhead on 4 lb. I was in that genre.
Impressive how John is dedicated to staying in shape. A daily challenge. Sharing is vital to the pandemic of Nature Deficit Disorder, an infliction that is plaguing our world. Reading Last Child In The Woods, needs to be on all of our “hunt” lists.
Great post!
👍🏹🦌🎯⛄️😷🇺🇸💉🍀
Thanks for the support! It’s funny you mention the cleanliness of these places! Most guys always say “thanks for coming, it gave us a reason to clean!”
Outstanding
John you will never be as good as best hunter in Michigan you know who he is
Best one yet
Awesome!!
Wow, he’s a hunting machine!
I have never been so impressed !!!!!! I would love to sit and talk to this guy for about 3 yrs!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a real hunter - does it the right way, had more success than any of us could imagine, numerous state records, but is extremely humble, down to Earth and friendly. John can remember the stories with each deer from decades ago like it was yesterday. A great person that we all can learn a lot about hunting and life from.
I could listen to this guy all day! WOW!! Great episode!
Hell yea was waiting on this
Just goes to show you his first buck was just a spike. Not all legends start with monster bucks! Super cool episode!
I wish I knew as much as he has forgotten
On the last buck, He shot it bad and kept hunting without trying to look for it??
Great video. You guys need to do a whitetail cribs on my uncle. Denny Stiner here in Central Illinois. He’s hunted everything from deer and small game here in the Midwest, all the way to big game in Africa. He has a very impressive collection.
There is an application on our website that he can fill out if he's interested in being featured on the show!
NICE JOB MAN
Maybe Im weird but I think mounts of small bucks are super cool too. Like the one on the left at 4:30.
Man was proud of that public land buck all the knowledge he has in his head on hunting
LEGEND!!!!!!! Speechless!!!! Awesome job guys again on a incredible whitetail Cribs episode, just when you think you can’t get any better, Have me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next one!!!
man im just happy to get a cow elk after i fail at archery season.. lol this dudes a different level of hunter
That last story though.......
I hunt the up of Michigan and public land,, trust me this guy's a legend
This guy is really neat!😂 he’s so organized?
You should see Randy Ulmer's collection.....Mile deer and elk.....MASSIVE...over 5000 inches in the books with 20 deer over 200 inches.
If you can help us get connected, we’d make it happen
Can't wait to buy my first bow..
You guys should get Precision bowhunting he wrote that book and he has some really good tips in there I thought I heard his name before
Highly recommend watching John’s videos
That pike is a beast, probably alot more ducks out there now lol
Currently reading a book of his
2019 season I shot a MCB 9pt that scored 149 5/8. Biggest buck I have ever got on my property. (Private Land, Rifle, Zone 3, Berrien County) 14th in the state typical white tail, 2nd for typical white tail, senior class. My first wall hanger. No picture with me as I live alone, but I did put my AR on his rack which can confirm I took it. I used a 350 Legend AR-15 with a 18" SS barrel that I built the gun. Can't bow hunt any more due to a shoulder injury that never had surgery.
thats craziness
Good Luck this season. #deertour
How is he so calm
People have no idea what it takes to be this man. If you’re from the Mitten and you bow hunt... you know this guy to be a legend in the woods. He’s passed more, bigger bucks then most get lucky enough to kill in their lifetime. 30 foot off the side of a tree, in a saddle, allllllll day long... yeah he’s a beast.
John is a legend!
Lol nice i used to hunt out of Rosebush. Now I saltwater fish
I wished I were that organized....
Id just like to have one of these lavish houses these dudes are in.. damn. And they say money cant buy happiness..
Have you ever had gotten one from centeral Wisconsin marathon county area
Scentlok just doubled their sales. Legend.
Really neat that he never paid a dime to hunt anywhere.
because he's a cheap sob
How the hell he cheap if he pay for all those mounts @@gregorybathurst7171
Back in the day John was know Ed as one hell of a trespasser and poacher, that's probably why he went to hunt out of a saddle ,so it would be harder to be caught ,years ago John told a good friend of mine that you can't be afraid to go where the big bucks are that he would gladly pay the $80 tresspass fee
@@bobo44donemilking51 tresspassing and poaching are two different things, and theres a reason heresay is not admissible in court, people always try to knock down those who are successful . Are you trying to tell people that he poached or tresspassed 50 pope and young bucks? Nice try........
@@jimenagulla9081 he'll know I'm not saying that just the ones he shot back in 70's
Mizora is killing me hahaha
Proud to see a fellow Michigan hunter being the Tom Brady of the outdoors, just kinda hope these aren’t on stocked ranches either way shits dope lol
He hunts public or private he gets free permission.
Wow that's a lot of mounts. I couldn't imagine how much $ went into those. I can barely afford the processing fees 🤣
Dont be a pussy. Process it yourself. Only city boy losers pay some other idiot to cut their deer up
U guys should do a episode with Tony Lapratt. He's from Michigan and has a white tail boot camp
Dudes! what happened to the intro? I always jammed to it! ;)
Badass
I have been to that store
I want to go there
This man said WHITETAIL CRIBS!!!!! HOLD MY BEER!!!!
