I'm loving the way this old 650 is turning out. You're attention to detail is outstanding. Gives me a better idea of how much cleaner my '94 storm could be. Can't wait to here this beast run!
These videos are so inspiring! I have a 98 Polaris XLT 600 limited that I started to work on this year and intend on tearing down to the bones as you did here at the end of the season! Would love to see that polishing video you have been talking about, and man that sled is gorgeous already!
Looking good my friend! You'll be riding before you know it with the progress you're making. Got a couple vintage shows I'm gearing up for too, tis the season.
Seems to be a runner. The brake master cylinder was bad. Trenton replaced that and is waiting for the new brake pads. Should have them today. Then we can take it for a test ride. A little sketchy without brakes.
Looks awesome i miss the days of stepping outside and hearing the big triples off in the distance have a great day be safe.
Keep up the great work Todd, your builds are one of a kind! I love your ideas and the way you view things! Can't wait to hear this thing!!!

Just killer. Love the coating.
Congratulations! Looking awesome!
Thanks
Another sweet video man, she's looking good.
I've been using RACE COATINGS for years they rock!!!!
You bet they do!!
Great progress Todd. It won’t be long now.
Hopefully not long at all. Haven't really had a whole weekend to work on it. I only get an hour or two after work to get anything done on it.
todd clyne Have the same issue. Between work and family during the week, I try to get everything done on the weekend without neglecting anything else.
Love this build!
awesome sled all I ride is polaris I even use to have a indy 650
Polaris is the way to go.
How do you bore out a skidoo cylinder for more power in air flow
Haha you can't 😅... Buy a Polaris if your wanting more power.
Are u gonna use the light brake rotor and hub from wahl bros
Nope
Does the ceramic coating on the exhaust keep the heat of the pipes down?
Yep
I’m so exited
Awesome video makes me miss my xcr600 Triple. How do you get your carbs so clean?
Great build How do you clean the engine and chain case I’m doing a build on a old sled also
Wire wheel on a bench grinder. I'll post a video soon of that.
That doesn’t scratch it to much
Awesome! How did you you get the engine so shiny?!
I think the clutch cover needs some sort of 'Custom by Clyne' graphic.
Not a bad idea
How’s the RXL coming along?

Todd, what is the EGT setup you're running? I just had my '98 XCR700 motor redone top to bottom and was recommended I get an egt setup.
Aaen. Good luck finding a triple egt set up.
I bet if you put maxima sc1 on that belly pan it would make it shine
Never heard of it. I used simple green to clean it. I'll probably treat it with wd40 and call it good
What town are you in Todd? I'm not to far from greenbush
Just north of the twin cities. But I do hunt up by Greenbush so I do kinda know the area up there

Yes she is!! Thanks
Dude I think it's awesome you're doing an old school sled but the seat looks terrible I personally think you could do better
