Not every social interaction was good, but the only times I remember someone ninja looting was when pugging dungeons are only ... The game lost that feeling (at least to me).. I tried later expansions, but I just wasn't feeling them.

the gall of someone to offer 2k gold for it LMFAO even if someone offered 2 Million gold, I wouldn't take it that's a priceless drop given the rarity and that old Naxx is gone from Classic Wrath
As much as everyone complains about this, this kind of shit is why I fully appreciate personal loot. This shit happens with master looter too, all the freaking time. Whether its a master looter who walks away with the loot or a ninja rolling for it, its crap.
None of us ever forget those who stab us in the heart. I remember the hunter who needed on the Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle on my second ever dwarf hunter run in Kara and then decided after winning it a couple bosses later that guns weren't really in keeping with his NElf aesthetic so he vendored it right before Chess.
There's no way that he didn't expect it to get ninja'd. I had a friend ninja loot a pair of blue paints he couldn't even use from me in Razorfen Downs for no other reason than he thought it was funny (it kind of was). If I was that lock I'd log out and never play it again until many years down the line, then, I'd locate this streamer and ask him for an insane amount of money if he still wants it as technically I'd still be able to trade it to him as the timer wouldnt have ran out.
Didn't a situation like this happened before? Something about an Alcor's Sunrazor? Having a verbal agreement that people will roll on the BoE Epic item that is a legitimate upgrade for their class? Then having it being ninja looted? That has an undead aging a beef that is 307 days old? Oh right, Barny Beekeeper and Kayshmoo.
I still remember the old WotLK days when me and 2 friends went in arena as a 3 man DestroLock team in full PvE gear and the only thing we did was target the same guy and cast Shadow Bolt, then pressed tab and did it again for the other two dudes. That is how I got my Gladiator title. That is the only experience I have with WoW PvP.
