- @bravotopchef might be over, but I have one last episode of #TopChefTuesday for you. Well...kind of. It wasn't so much inspired by last week's episode as it is some additional material I recorded with the leftover clams from my cioppino recipe a couple weeks ago. It even uses that delicious Italian compound butter. This meal was so delicious and fast to make; it's summer on a plate. I have to say well done either way, whether it was linguine alle vognole or spaghetti alle vognole! I think you said linguines (please drop the S 😀) and spaghetti a few times. One tiny and minor detail is that I'd use kosher salt rather than standard Iodized salt (table salt) as the iodine tends to add a bitter taste which is why chefs won't use it in restaurant kitchens.
Also don't need to pay the 22% minimum tip that most machines are preset to. It is robbery to dine out, nowadays.
