By far my favorite go to Italian cooking channel between his personality and recipes/authenticity in my opinion, there’s nowhere else to go on UA-cam better than here.

Oh Pascale! You bring back soooo many memories of growing up and eating at my Nanny’s apartment in Tuckahoe😊I can almost taste and smell all the good things if I close my eyes😊❤️👍🏻. I’m married 32 years and Nanny’s been gone longer than that but I still treasure all her recipes and thank you for some new ones to add to my collection Chin chin!❤

Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube , this is a great recipe & I like cherry stone or little neck clams , but canned will work , but I can get the ones in a jar, taste fresher. God Bless everyone

I made this tonight. Everything was delicious but I cooked the clams a little too much, The juice was excellent.
Great, I went on a Clam Chowder Addiction last month and have plenty of canned clams still around. What is that pan called though, a large sautee pan?

I rinse the clams to remove any potential pieces of shell that may have got in there and sand. I strain the clam water in a fine mesh strainer to remove any shells and sand also.
