I am 72 and hears S&G first at 18 or 19. They are still the best! Simon's music and lyrics and Garfunkel's voice. What an extraordianry combination.
I'm 71 now...But when I was about 17...I used to go to a folk club in Leicester uk.called the Couriers Folk Club.The couriers said we have a folk singer here tonight.travelling around the uk.and it was Paul Simon...I went to get a beer shandy at the tiny bar in the club..he came to the bar to get a drink.and zip told him how much I loved his songs.he was young like me and very modest..very modest and so much talent....I'm still a fan...paul simon has stood the test of time.🥰🥰

Take my last line of a poem I wrote...take every day and dare to dream, believing they'll come true...and soon you'll find that all your dreams will soon believe in you...

I love to listen to them. Beautiful lyrics. His dad had open heart surgery at Montefiore Hospital in the 1980s in the Bronx.I took care of him and met Simon when he came to visit. He is such a sweet and humble person. We were so excited.

Incredible how their music has lived on over generations. I saw just Simon in concert in Tampa in the '80's and he was great, but the 2 of them together is magical.

Always listening - 5 decades and still loving them. The tears come more often these days, which makes singing along harder than it use to, but hasn't stopped the listening.

When I was working in Iraq from 1982 to 1987, we used to listen to their music thru tapes and video betamax tapes whenever we felt homesick. Listening to their music now brings back memories of my adolescent years. I wish they would have another reunion. Beautiful music!!!

I'm 19 years old and find more pleasure listening to this 50 years old songs instead of the present ones. Both have magnificent voices that I'm sure won't stay in the past even 100 years from now.

I'm 62 years old now , I grew up hearing these two artist . Ive been around superstars all my life ! My late father was a major music prpducer / promoter . Everyone from Elvis Presley , Johnny Cash , the Oakridge Boys who are still close friends ! , But I've never heard such a Duet brotherhood such as Paul Simon and Art Garfunckle ! Wow ! , What a perfect combination !
Both are gifted singers and together are amazing. Simon is gifted as an entertainer especially his playing and as a writer. Our generation was blessed with the songs of folk music and many other types of entertainment. Thank you all.

It is a nice mix of Art's "keening tenor" with Paul's quieter, deeper baritone. IMO.
