I always carry some all weather tape with me when I go camping , because sooner or later you are going to put a hole in your tent ...... and then it rains lol . Lamb looked fantastic 👍

Tinned veg are so easy. My tip is pour the veg and the juice into a pot/pan water. Heat it up and add instant gravy straight to the veg. Add a little extra hot water if you want it thinner whatever. There you have hot veg in gravy and it tastes amazing because of the vege juice AND you've only used messed up one container for two elements. Pour that over your roast meat or mashed spud and YUM!
Hi Kent. You don't know what happened to me. I lost your channel for a while because I forgot to bookmark your channel and I forgot the name of your channel. I was so angry searching for a while. This morning here in New York City, I was randomly looking around people that cook in the woods and I found your channel. BRILLIANT !! Now I have to binge watch a lot of your newer videos. So, I'm going to be busy all day today Saturday doing that. I will only stop for bathroom breaks and some tea and then back to the marathon of your videos. Thanks Andy, really educational re cooking a hanging leg of lamb. It was clear time and effort is a major factor re fuel and cooking but the actual application was just like someone doing it in the far past.

That lamb looked amazing and so jealous of the campfire but not the falling down tent which made me laugh lots.
If you liked the hot cross bun sausage sandwich. You'd love sausage on a donut... Or even a hamburger on a donut for that matter. Somewhere here in the states a restaurant made a burger with a donut and it was awesome.
And, the bushcraft is brilliant but I only come here for the food! That lamb looked delicious and perfectly done. You’ll always have your cheffing skills to fall back on if this UA-cam malarkey doesn’t work out for ya! Cheers, mate. Top lad.

Just another comment. I watched chef Jean Pierre and he says to steam the sausages first so you keep in all the good fat then fry. I’m definitely going to try it. It’s his sausage and pepper video.
