Mate, why are you always surprised that your food has turned out so well? You’re a proper chef. I watch your videos for the food as much the outdoorsman stuff. That beef wellington was perfect. Top lad. Cheers, And!
There’s something so nice to hear and watch someone splitting wood; that crisp sound, especially when the wood is dry and the woodcutter able and efficient, and seeing the pieces fall perfectly left and right😮
Andy, you are such a humble chef. I get a kick out of how surprised you are when your meals turn out great. By far the most beautiful Beef Wellington I’ve ever seen. And in a Dutch oven, on campfire coals! Bravo! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤗❤️from Minnesota USA
Depression has been rough for me past couple years but this past 6 months I’ve moved upstate, discovered your videos, put into practice multiple tips and useful things you’ve taught me, ive been doing not ALOTA better but better and really pushing myself to be productive like I normally would be abs it’s been helping me a lot. Appreciate you . I love the woods, wood, building, cooking and being a craftsman so your vids hit every check box I have . Thank you again brotha. I’m moving back to Cornwall to spend some much missed time from my mum and older brother and sister. It’s tough but I’m slowly getting everything ready so I can move back there but I’m working out getting my tortoise Raffy and a couple of my ball pythons over there as well along with my camping cooking stuff, my pots/pans bc there amazing , and a couple other things but I’m getting there
I must say I've seen about 25 of your videos now and you make some amazing meals. But this one was a meal I'd expect from a quality restaurant. Cheers and keep the videos coming
Andy, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone - thanks to you. I'm making Sunday dinner for my wife & I using your recipes, as well as those of other bushcraft folks. Thanks for your awesome videos!
I will definitely miss seeing you until 2022 but everybody deserves a break. It’s just you’re just such a great watch that at definitely going to be missing you
That Beef Wellington looked awesome! I understand you needing to take time off. I will definitely miss your videos. I sooo look forward to them. Sorry for no comments. We recently moved and just got internet but tried to watch your videos by other means. Lol. Great job! Best regards from USA!
Tell ya what Andy, you've surpassed yourself there buddy. That beef Wellington looked flippin excellent. Loved the camp setup aswell bud. Enjoy the break you deserve it bud. All the best for Christmas 🎄
I know this was a couple years ago but it's a good thing he had a tent with a large door for his expanding head (lol). I really love to camp but no one else does in my family or friends so I live vicariously through Andy. Great camping and cooking program. Thanks so much,
Now you've done it. Taking camp cooking to a higher standard. I'm going to have to step up my game. My grilled cheese, seems well, completely inadequate! LOL
Enjoy the break Andy fella, amazing content all this year and kept a lot of us tuning in when we can't get out into nature as much as we'd like. Have a great Xmas break and see you again back in 2022 :)
That was a good outcome for the beef Wellington 😁 I'm actually out on a camp right now with the Onetigris iron wall and stove. So nice to be warm on a winter's night Sandy
"I'll just open my opinel ... ohh! ...oh my god!" Magnificent, Andy. Bit of mustard on that, eh? Have a good break, sir. And thank you, so much, for the content.
Nice and easy set up you got this time. Looks very convenient and peaceful. We appreciate what You do and for giving us great ideas on how to survive. Thanks friend
Andy that is absolutely amazing. I have made Wellington before on a few occasions but to even attempt outdoors, let alone absolute ace it...amazing. As ever, me and my girls loved the vid.
That beef Wellington looked absolutely divine! You might be able to have that stove closer to you, if you added a couple of elbow joints, and and extension tube. Really like that thermocouple powered fan. Wonder if they make one of those with charging ports for phones. Thanks for the video. :)
Andy, Having watched all your videos, I must say that your attention to detail in your shoots is flawless. I really understand now how a few trips ''Off Camera'' would be bliss for you. No walking by a camera and having to walk back for it, Getting up to put the camera up before you ''Get Up'' etc, Editing etc, must be a total pain in the Arse at times but you do it and the results are really amazing. I froze this video between 27.10 and 27.40 to try and get a good still, printable photo of the axe in the log and the fire in the backround because that is going on my wall. Total Chill Stuff, Thank You.
So excited for this new video! These are my favorite videos on youtube and I love watching them to destress after a hard day. Thank you for bringing us along on your adventures!
Thanks for everything you do, and show us...We love you here in Virginia, and look forward to a new year with you!!! Chef Ramsey got nothing on you, my friend! xoxox
This tent design seems so simple and efficient... easier to pitch than the ones with all the interlocking poles. And the inside space seems good, with the vertical end walls.
loving that you like taking chance cooking something so hard ,looked Great. Injoy your time off . will be waiting for new videos 2022! HAPPY NEW YEAR,from Florida :)
Top notch as always fella! Yes we got snow on Sunday up here in Derbyshire, I was in the woods at the time with my camera, It came down thick and it was a nice experience watching nature in the change.
Andy Thanks for this past year ! You've made it enjoyable for me ! Take a break ( we all need them every now and then ) So Merry Christmas Brother I look forward to seeing your videos next year !!!
Absolutely love these videos - they are very soothing and therapeutic. That tent looked so cozy, especially with the bed and the log burner. Keep up the great videos Andy - fantastic, my friend.
Top class Andy..wish I knew these skills just know up here in Scotland so a could go off grid right now ..I mean right now ..this worlds a disgrace ..love watching your videos Andy..gives me sum healing and spirit 👍
Andy- You've done some amazing work this year! We'll be excited to see what you have to share with us in the future, whatever that may be! Thanks for taking us along for the adventure!
That wellington was supreme, really impressed how it turned out, and you were right to be cautious too. Thanks heaps for all the videos this year man, and have a well earnt xmas break.
Wow!!! Excellent Andy!! That was a great cook. Not sure I could do it in an oven any better. Tent didn't really look fit for a hot tent, especially In winter. Looked a little sparse for that. But Thank you for sharing young man. Great that your taking some time off, just rest and relax and gather your thoughts for the coming new year. Just don't get down over anything. You've had a great year as far as I can see, with your video's. I've loved everyone. Have a Merry Christmas dear boy and remember, you have loads of people praying for you and keeping you in our thoughts for a safe rest of the year. Take Care now. 👍 👍👍👍👍🖐🖐🖐🖐🙏🌹🌹
Hi Andy, thank you for yet another great video! Beef Wellington was a great achievement and looked delicious. Thank you for a year of eagerly awaited adventures! Enjoy your well deserved break, have a lovely Christmas! See you next year! Delfine
Always love your videos. They've inspired me to try and gather some friends up to so some remote camping as well. Enjoy your break and I look forward to your return!
Another in the series of INTERESTING camps! The Pomoly stove you feature looks to be sturdy. The fire viewing window adds appeal. That the stack was stable in the winds you experienced says a good deal. Light, folding stoves often look like they could use a tether to support the stack. The Baker-style tent had important design improvements in the extra wind shielding panels along the side. I agree that Pomoly offers a better model tent for use with this stove. Best Wishes for your Hols! 😀
Granted you used pie pastry to wrap the beef in, so yes it's a bit thicker. You've got one on me though cause I've never even attempted to do one. It was pleasant looking! Very well done Kent! I hope you enjoy your time off, you've hit it hard over the last few years. As always.. it's been very enjoyable to watch!!
that is a smart tent one of the best you have shown, really good just enough room for two people and stove out of the way a bit safer as well good lay out.
You're an amazing cook. The sign of a natural is how you can eyeball quantities and know when things are cooked just by looking at them. There's YT "chefs" who are lost without a temperature probe
Beef Wellington is hard enough to get right in a conventional oven, even after a few attempts. Hats off to you. That was an amazing piece of outdoor cooking. Good tent and stove review. Enjoy your break. Well deserved. Look forward to joining your adventures in the New Year. Keep safe. 👍
The tent maker needs to have that flap left up all the time and a separate part to close including a screen on the side, then id say i like it. Food looked great, thank you Andy.
Currently going through a breakup , said she hopes we can heal and grow.. this has always calmed my anxiety and stress! this is healthy for my healing.
Most underrated cooking channel on youtube. What do you mean it's a camping channel?
Mate, why are you always surprised that your food has turned out so well? You’re a proper chef. I watch your videos for the food as much the outdoorsman stuff. That beef wellington was perfect. Top lad. Cheers, And!
Agreed. Don't know that he is chef level, but the man is definitely talented.
It’s called theater
He is a BS free zone. Modest, authentic & man of few superfluous words. Real. 🙌👌
I legit said the exact same thing. I said he’s too hard on himself, but what perfectionist isn’t lol. Gordon Ramsay would be proud of that wellington!
this guy makes better looking meals out in the wilderness in a tent than i can make in my kitchen
There’s something so nice to hear and watch someone splitting wood; that crisp sound, especially when the wood is dry and the woodcutter able and efficient, and seeing the pieces fall perfectly left and right😮
😊
A 50grand kitchen and classically trained chef v yourself in the woods - I think we all know who’s the winner, bravo!
Campfire Beef Wellington, you are a mad genius.
Damn dude youre making me hungry! Cheers from the USA 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Beef Wellington....on a camp fire....Awesome. As an ex-chef that looked like a 5 star restaurant dish.
Great to hear that my brother! Hope all goes well! Cheers 🙏
Depression is real...are you getting help? Therapy?
Its Wednesday evening. Time for another video from Andy 😁. Happy Wednesday everybody
I must say I've seen about 25 of your videos now and you make some amazing meals. But this one was a meal I'd expect from a quality restaurant. Cheers and keep the videos coming
I think this is my ideal tent to be honest Andy
Andy, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone - thanks to you. I'm making Sunday dinner for my wife & I using your recipes, as well as those of other bushcraft folks. Thanks for your awesome videos!

That Beef Wellington looked awesome! I understand you needing to take time off. I will definitely miss your videos. I sooo look forward to them. Sorry for no comments. We recently moved and just got internet but tried to watch your videos by other means. Lol. Great job! Best regards from USA!
I really like the style of this tent. Having a large opening to use for viewing the surroundings and still being protected from the elements is great!
Tell ya what Andy, you've surpassed yourself there buddy. That beef Wellington looked flippin excellent. Loved the camp setup aswell bud. Enjoy the break you deserve it bud. All the best for Christmas 🎄
Good vid again. Love the echo in the forest when chopping wood
Really enjoyed the excitement in your voice when you realized how well dinner cooked.
It is a good day when Andy posts a new video. Great bushcraft, amazing food, wonderful company.
I wouldn't doubt your culinary skills Andy.
That Wellington looked absolutely tops.
I know this was a couple years ago but it's a good thing he had a tent with a large door for his expanding head (lol). I really love to camp but no one else does in my family or friends so I live vicariously through Andy. Great camping and cooking program. Thanks so much,

Have fun and be safe where ever you are. ❤
@@dulceamaya5111 He is lying bro. Damn, it should be obvious by the lack of response
"I'll just open my opinel ... ohh! ...oh my god!" Magnificent, Andy. Bit of mustard on that, eh?
Have a good break, sir. And thank you, so much, for the content.
Well done on making a Beef Wellington..it looked amazing!👍😊
Beef welly was impressive Andy, as was the air biscuit at 23:47. The wind really was picking up in the woods... 😂
Andy, you are one hell of a good cook! That Beef Wellington looked amazing. Gordon Ramsay couldn't have done better. ;)
You have just raised campfire cooking to another world. Seriously looked so good.
Enjoy the time off, definitely well earned.
Fair play Andy. I used to be a chef and for you to cook a beef Wellington in a Dutch oven. I take my hat off to you. It looks the nuts 👌
“CLUCKING FOR A CUP ‘O TEA”
Omg that’s great.
Like the tent too…..
That made me laugh.
Nice and easy set up you got this time. Looks very convenient and peaceful. We appreciate what You do and for giving us great ideas on how to survive. Thanks friend
Love the tent. Food was perfection 🥰
