delightful to see a real mother preparing real food for her family. The children are such a pleasant addition and adds the reality to home cooking. Thanks for a taste of home.
Oh god, I love cabbage!!! In Germany, we actually eat a lot of cabbage and we stuff the blanched cabbage leaves with pork and beef mince and it is delicious! Very typical for the Eastern region of Germany. This is delightful, thank you Heghineh!
Eileen - Ever wonder why they call us "Krauts"? LOL. In Southwest Germany, we love "Krautwickel" (cabbage rolls), too. Especially when they're fried golden brown before being stewed.
What I admire is how she juggled family at the same time. Kids look for a lot of attention and she was able to tend to them and continue cooking. Awesome job. Dish looks delicious.
Hello Heghineh, Terima kasih atas resepnya.Saya orang indonesia dan sekarang tinggal di singapore bekerja dengan keluarga orang cina.Saya sudah coba resep anda dan mereka sangat suka sekali.Terima kasih!
I am watching your channel for the first time, I love seeing your children in the kitchen with you. Just like my children always needing mama. Beautiful family❤😍
Have to share her with Ma: nobody makes me want to come back, like one who tells of their newest learnings AND shares their mistakes. One simply LEARNs better THROUGH such valuable sharers of knowledge. Just ADORE this precious personage. Cooking! The HEART of saving a planet from wasteful destruction. 🌍 🙏
Thank you for inviting us into your kitchen and sharing how you do your thing!! Love how real these videos are including the kids because I feel like I’m at home with you guys 😂. Your love shows through your cooking!
Newbie to your channel. I love the fact that you didn't lock the children in a room and make the video. I have a 3 year old son and this is exactly what making meals looks like.
My mum just cooked 2 huge pots of stuffed cabbage rolls yesterday. I love the dried plums in this dish, give it a special sweet-sour taste once a while you hit one during you eat.
Well, we will be having this Sunday night. My son also loves carrots, when he was a little one, and now as a19 year old! I keep some in the fridge for him all the time.
I love your recipes. I like the recipes with lentils. Lentil soup. You are so elegant looking with class. I love your shows. I've been watching for a year now. Thank you
Fantastic recipe !!! Great presentation. Such an nice family and beautiful mother. She shows us you don't have to be frumpy mother to cook great dishes with the kids running around. Not only should you take pride in your cooking but take pride in yourself and dress nicely. So many mothers just give up on themselves in their prime of life. Walking around in a one size fits all t-shirt baggy pajama pants and not even a little lip color. Looking forward to the next cooking lesson. By the way I tried this recipe and it came out great. Very easy. I used lamb and hamburger meat.
Hello Heghineh I'm a huge fan of your amazing talent of showing Americans cuisines from your Armenian culture. I've been following you 4 over a year now. I've been enjoying each of your professionally organized & well-presented videos recipes. It is my pleasure 2 watch how particular & passionate that you are in sharing your countries delicious looking fiddles!!! All of the recipes clearly are lip smacking 2 say the least and some hip spreading 4 sure SMILE!!! It is a welcomed pleasure 2 follow your recipe sharing on-line presentations. Keep the good work coming!!! I'm a major fan of your passion of cooking as I also enjoy getting into the kitchen 2 make noise w/my "pots & pans"!!!!!!! I must try this delicious looking Cabbage/Lamb/Veggie delight!!! PEACE
Today I made this: I had a cabbage in my second refrigerator and was not sure what to do with it. I overstuffed the cabbage more than you did and cooked it for 1:30 minutes and it came out very tasty. My husband is eating it now. I also made three cream cheese cakes. I do not have all the spices you have but I used mint. I did not have parsley. I added celery (in the parsley family) I have Greek spices I used. I made puff pastry yesterday and it was the second try I did the classic and it was wonderful! Before the real heat sets in, I am cooking and freezing food so I do not have to cook in the humidity. I absolutely love cooking.
You have a beautiful family and home. We can tell how much you enjoy being a great mother and cook. Wonderful video.. looks yummy and delicious. TY for posting
My goodness, that looks so good. You make it looks so easy. I like your personality. You cook like you're nervous (not being rude) I get that way when I try something new. I like how your children are in the video, helping you, you're trying to cook and assist them at the same time. I just really like your personality. Thank you!!!!
The cabbage is great, and I unexpectedly learned a number of things I had never heard of before (like freezing the cabbage, garlic yogurt and the idea of bell peppers), but your kids are amazing.
Love your cabbage. Growing up in Germany, I ate quiet a few cabbage rolls but have never seen it made this way. Your seasoning is a bit different ( more spices etc. ) but I will try it your way next time. Just love the way it looks and the way it is served. Thanks a million!
Wow I am so impressed with this beautiful recipe! And how patient you are with your children...very good! Thanks for showing us this terrific recipe. Can’t wait to try it myself...
Watching this lady cook is like watching my wife, (who is also Armenian) cook. What a delight!! We will try this wonderful dish soon. This beats reality TV.
Beautiful creative culinary delight. Very healthy and wonderful tasting. Thank you so very much for sharing this recipe. Thank you for inviting us into your kitchen with your beautiful family. Lovely presentation. Tamson from Kentucky. 💞

It's cute your boy wants to join you in cooking... This whole stuffed cabbage I alone can finish. Guess I have to make 2 stuffed cabbages. Great recipe... ❤❤❤
My Stepfather was Chec & he made stuffed cabbage rolls, omg! They were so delicious too. I tried making them once & I couldn't get the cabbage leaves to stop tearing up.
We love cabbage in our house and this video gave us a new idea how to cook it. I'm definitely going to try this. Thank you so much for your channel's ideas.
I enjoyed this video very much. What a beautiful dish for a special dinner. I can't understand, though, how you made it dressed so nicely...no spills or splashes on your yellow dress...amazing!
Wow, the idea is great, thank you for that. I will try this in a vegan sattvic version (no animal products, no garlic, no onion, no tomato). For the stuffing I will use jackfruit and smoked tofu......
It looks great and you did a wonderful job explaining. I made stuffed cabbage rolls once and they were good but for presentation this is going to be hard to beat. I have never heard of a whole stuffed cabbage head. People will wonder how in the heck you did it.
I LOVED this video. I just recently discovered your channel (thanks to System of a Down, I've wanted to learn more about Armenian culture and food). I am going to try this, but I will have to adapt it a little (there's no turkey here, and I don't know about some of the herbs if they're available). Greetings and best wishes from Argentina
you make it look easy! (and delicious) - I've always been intimidated by whole cabbage head recipes before, but you've inspired me to try it - the presentation is beautiful!
Im so glad I happened to find this video!! You are so wonderful to watch..and so patient with your boys and having them help!! I can tell your a great Mom..and cook!!Im making this tonight for dinner!! 😘

You are fabulous Heghineh! The dish looks delicious and I am always looking for different ways to use cabbage! Thanks for sharing and your children are adorable!
Loved this recipe and video and will certainly give it try. Can you comment on freezing the cabbage. Do you freeze it in lieu of boiling it? Can that be done for individual stuffed cabbage leaves as well? I've never heard of that method but am intrigued!
It was both educational and entertaining viewing this vid. She is the epitome of "cool" as she talked to her kids...and navigated through the instructions for the recipe. That recipe will be featured at my table for sure!! 😍
