Hi I have headaches for years now it’s getting worse every few days I Tried everything Neurologist suggested Botox didn’t work Physio, Osteo, Chiro, Massages, Vitamins, Acupuncture I am not sure what to do now? I do have Tight Neck and I feel d Tension in My Shoulders can you suggest what should I do?
What if i have traps pain that wont go away? Also neck feel stiff. But no pain that goes to arms. Also traps feels painful if i move the neck lateral /sideway, ear to shoulder. It is pinched nerve or just adhesion? Its been 6 months
