I was actually chopping it up with a rapper friend of mine and pointed out that Bone probably has the best overall cadence of any group. He blew my mind when he said " look at kendrick, when he drops his voice and does his lower cadence its bone ". There is someone still rapping like Bone and thats KDOT.

I want this song playing at funeral. Wow just can’t stop listening to this. I have cancer since 2018. If the chemo and radiation stops working then after listening to this song it’s time for me to come home to the right side of God and becoming an angel so that I may move people towards the right path of God . Amen

I remember that even if you didn't listen to hip hop, EVERYBODY would sing that "I miss my Uncle Charles" line.

Hell yeah, what makesc them so great. Without question is their Harmony. Yes, the lyrics were deep. But without the harmony this song wouldn't work. Takes me back to my mid 20's. Great times!

Back then there were a few groups that rapped like this. Bone, Do or Die, Crucial Conflict. Bone had beef with do or die and crucial. All 3 are great groups! If you want to hear some hard songs listen to crucial conflict and do or die.
