But most definitely Krayzie's verses are always fire, he never misses and is flawless, which is weird and incredible
Just to give you an idea about the timing of this song this was released early fall 1996 a few months after crossroads blew up so this was the height of Bone thugs n Harmony popularity and fame. This was literally number one on MTV video countdowns at the time.
I remember when this hit the radio the DJ was like "you can love them or hate them but these guys can't miss"
It was on a sound track for set it off which also helped blow up this track.

Bone has sold almost hundred million records soon. These guys took over the fucking world. They have songs with Rock n Roll legends like Phil Collins... Singers like Mariah Carey, and Akon.. Bone is on a whole different level of legendary people dont realize.. I am from eastern Europe, and hiphop was super HUGE here (and still is). When Bone came, they instantly blew up like no other.. These guys have a special place in my heart. They got me through some super hard times. I dont know if you know, but Bone is having a Versuz against Three 6 Mafia on December 2nd next week. I have a feeling this Versuz is about to be something different ;)

To Me Personally A lot of Bones Best Song are The Ones that are just on the Albums & aren't Singles. Like "Down 71' The Getaway" & Definitely "BudSmokers Only" You Gonna Really love that one Cause it's So Smooth.
I love all their singles theyve ever released and most of them are my favorite but I think its cool when a bone fan has a favorite song that wasnt a single.
Bud smokers only will have you cheezin'. Back when we actually went out and bought new shit, we'd listen to albums from start to finsh. You should try it with Bone or Tupac. It tells a story your missing out on.

If y'all ever listen to the song "Tender Love" by The Force MD's you'll understand the beginning of the song before the beat drops. Bone loves music and this was homage to a dope record from the 80s.
Is that what their problem was? Even if you never heard Tender Love before in your life, your soul shifts when you hear the beat immediately. They didn't even blink an eye. Something wrong here.

Ppl normally focus on their fast rhyming & don’t really acknowledge other elements that make up BTNH, let’s focus on 1 thing in particular with this song, look at how they structured their verses, u usually get everyone individually do their verse and move on, they however worked collectively on the verse structures and it made the song that much better. They do this on a few songs but it’s perfectly executed on this one, they are the greats love watching the younger adults react to them for me it’s satisfying and takes me bk to when I was first introduced to them at 10yrs old listening to Creepin on a Come Up knowing damn well I was too young lol
If you like how they structure the verses on this, I think you would like how they structure the verses on "Universe" from their Uni-5 album where they use a "chain-rapping approach where all five members share a verse where one member says one or two lines, and then the next one picks up for one or two lines, and so on until all five have said one or two lines to complete the verse.
Can't wait. This is one of my favorite bone tracks, I think top 5. I hope y'all enjoy it too

Each one of those has everything I love about music. My street blues is newer and people think they are not as good anymore but I disagree. I think they are still beasts. U should check out these newer ones by them or add them to your list and see what u think now that time has passed.

Some white guy from the Midwest, born in 1990, if you know, I was part of a core group to get people to get Bone Thugs to re blow up again between 2003 and 2008, leading to Akon and Bone," I tried so hard" not sure if it lead to them coming back to tour, but we had every house party in our state playing Bone and this song was our anthem, leading to every college from Purdue to IU bumping Bone for years to come.

I think you both will really like this music as well. In fact, there was a little bit of beef for a while between Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Twista because they thought they were each biting off each other’s styles. That was put to rest years ago and Bine has actually done some songs with Twista. It was all about the fact that it was a new style of music in which singing and rapping were together.
