Pregnancy symptoms during week 38:
1. Slight cramping to right lower abdomen
2. Aches to hips and joints
3. Tightness and stiffness to fingers
4. Acid reflux when laying flat on back
5. Leaky breasts
6. Pregnancy rash and stretch marks
Talks about hand expressing colostrum, pure shea butter for stretch marks, membrane sweep and bloody discharge, baby bump not growing, an ultrasound to check amniotic fluid and baby's growth.

Melt mango butter, Shea butter, and an oil of your choice( coconut oil, grape seed, jojoba oil, avocado oil, etc are all good ones) to make a nice regenerative lotion. You can add a little essential oil like lavender to help you relax and de stress to the lotion. DIY lotions seem scary but they’re not hard to make and will do a much better job then anything you can find in the store! You can look up recipes online for ratios(wellness mama is a good site) if you melt it properly and with the oils added it’ll keep a creamy lotion form like what you’d get in the store :)
