Years ago I worked with a sales training company and they had a Submarine system approach. So when you're selling, you're always taking people through a step by step process which overall could be summarised as "pain, budget, decision". Find the pain of their current situation, work out the budget to fix that kind of pain and then ask them to make a decision to proceed or not.
That's a huge oversimplification, but when I saw the process in action it's so powerful to work within a framework.

    👌
Such a brilliant masterclass that I’ll be re-watching at least twice.
If you’re on the fence about the Pro Group, jump off and jump in! I’ve been a member for 3 years and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. 😊

Amazing. So now I scroll to the bottom and I see the transcript.
Next, I copy the transcript and I paste it into a Google Docs.
Next, I take that transcript and I put it into ChatGPT.
Now I have chat outline the information and break it down into sections.
Now that I have broken down, I have chat detail each section and create a blueprint that I can use in order to build a stronger sales pipeline for my business.
    Thank you so much.
    I’m on it 👍🙏🙌

    Love Daniel's LAPS process.
Having been a sales manager in the financial services sector, I had a system of a "call diary" every new financial adviser had to complete on a weekly basis.
Using this during weekly coaching sessions, I could 1- track their numbers and 2- identify problem areas.
Prosepecting calls vs. Sales appointments made, presentations done vs. successful sales, etc. This, identify where they needed attention in their skills.

This is class. Daniel is a cut above everyone else in the sales education industry. He understands sales down to the science but also has a remarkable way of simplifying his ideas as he explains it. Simply brilliant.
Also, I love how intentional and planned this was, starting with hinting out the assessment at the start and drawing it right back towards the end to market score app. Brilliant use of the start and end phenomenon which simply states most people remember the start and end of any experience. All rounder episode for me.

I’m an Architectural designer that got my real estate license. I’m creative but also want to understand the sells side of things. Combining the two I believe is a massive opportunity since I would be able to understand all aspects from the beginning to end and be knowledgeable about the product I’m selling. A typical Real estate agent knows surface level info and wants to sell as fast as possible.

38:41 A while back, a friend offered to help me out, suggesting we support each other. I thought it was a great idea, especially when he offered me a painting he knew I would love. Although he’s technically trained as an architect, he’s truly an artist at heart, leaning more towards the creative aspects of architecture rather than just drafting plans.
I valued his work and wanted to show my appreciation, so I offered him what I thought was a fair amount. He was a bit taken aback by my offer, but in the end, it felt like a good deal for both of us.
He even built a frame for the painting so I could take it home. It was a beautifully crafted poplar frame with a suspended, see-through gap between the piece and the frame, and museum glass. The glass illuminated the painting perfectly, making it seem like there was nothing protecting it. It also had UV protection and other features, but it was the framing that really made the painting stand out.

Oh, and I've tested score app before. It's very intuitive and well-structured.
Only advice I'd give myself making a new assessment, is to not bloat it with too many questions or focal points.
Better to focus on assessing one very specific problem or use case, for one solution or point of clarity.
Last time I overdid it and couldn't emerge with a clear assessment form.

    Chris,
You would have a super power in selling realestate. Let me explain from a slight shift.
The shift is in becoming a buyers agent not a sellers agent.
You position with alignment of the client not the product.
Having to sell a specific product limits your creative side. That forces you to find a buyer or sell a product to someone that may or may not be suited to the product.
Your mind set however is to sell solutions and have freedom to provide a fluid situation leading to the best solution within the circumstances.
As buyer agent in realestate you would have a super power again. You would be able to understand the clients needs, visions and align that with any suitable house on the market.
As a creative you could also have solutions offered like how a specific space is perfect for converting to their needs and being able to envision the solution or path to the solution.
Chris you can do whatever you set your mind to if it’s your passion, simply find a path that works. Same as you do in all your current works.
    👍❤️

@@thefutur Chris you could do a better job because you would attract buyers that seek solutions that you would be able to identify with.

Massively optimizing your sales potential still has all the focus on YOU and the offer or solution you are trying to sell. We live in an atmosphere of extreme skepticism and uncertainty. Why not help the potential client focus on the truth of their situation and NOT your solution. You are so right about the sales process NOT the sales solution. The sales process must be all about building trust with potential clients who really are not interested in what you are trying to sell. All they care about is do they trust you to solve their problem. The way your solution works is of no interest to them at all. Try selling your process not your solution or trying to educate them. Your competence, confidence, and your length of time in the business have all been commoditized. Everyone is doing the same thing including assessments, proposals, and your intention.. If the purpose of the sales conversation was to simply clarify the real challenges facing the potential client - - no need to even mention your solution until they request it and ask for help.

Even if you're 6'8 that wont help you sell more. Because rich people are not nickle dimers, they value time for product expertise, saying the right things, customer experience

I value Daniel's experience and knowledge I just would like to see him transmit a higher energy level, like Chris Do, Alex Hormozi and Gary Vee. Maybe, less like a British gentleman, and capitalize more on raw Australian energy.

This year I want to use earning calls to help with my strategy on companies I want to invest in. However, I don't understand them. I am always lost and have no clue what they are discussing I lose interest after 20-30 minutes and not gaining much insight. What things should I be looking to get out of an earnings call to help me invest in a specific company or real estate?

Chris had to give Alex Hormozi some pushback on doing a talk or a podcast (he mentioned in Behind The Brand). Should Alex never give Chris a shot again? Things are context dependent.

Another Frame is Chris wouldn’t waste time with 99.9% of people who look like Alex Hormozi, but if Alex Hormozi looks like Alex Hormozi, he hopes like hell that he can chat with him.
Though I know he’s gonna critique how he looks haha.

I didn’t give Alex push back. He spontaneously walked up to me while I was preparing for my keynote and said want to record? I couldn’t. I wasn’t done and hadn’t read his book yet.

I personally had a horrible interaction with Daniel on LinkedIn - so I am not 'sold' on his ability to sell. Having watched him on a podcast I was initially impressed and went to connect on LinkedIn - I explained that I was enthused by his work and history and was met with a very dry and flat 'thanks'. He then tried to cajole me into buying something. I was turned off immediately and told him I wasn't interested. Not sure if he has someone managing his LinkedIn or if it was him but as a professional woman I was completely put off by his manner.

Probably not him. Big companies and people with success don’t typically manage their own social media platforms. You can actually hire a company to make up posts and respond for you. You can use ai to respond to people as well.
