I think for an urgent application for renewal of a child passport, the only option is a 1-week fast-track service, and it has no option to apply online. Great informative video!!! Can I ask what happens if you a apply to renew passport but the old password you have is over 30 years old? Would the Renew option still be applicable or would you apply for a new password from scratch and not bother/give details about the old passport? Thank you
Hi. Thanks for your question. To qualify for a standard UK passport renewal, your passport should still be valid within 10 years from its expiry date or expired for a period of less than 10 years. In this case, the standard passport renewal application procedure applies to renew your UK passport. If your passport was issued a very long time ago (before 2004) or expired a very long time ago (ten years ago or longer) then all qualifying criteria must be submitted as if it were for a first-time application. 👍
Thank you, I did paid for the extra postage for secure post… However I still didn’t received my supporting document today while the new passport already received on 29April… Starting worrying about that Wonder like how many days did u received yr supporting document back, and wonder if that is the same delivery company, thanks 🙏

Hello, i need to renew 2 child passport for my kids. one is 14 and the other is 12 and I'm wondering if I need to confirm the identity of these children if I apply online? my 6 year old I am trying to find someone to confirm his identity and its a hassle so I'm wondering if I will need to confirm the identity for my other 2 kids. 14 year old and 12 year old
