Honestly if Kirby is a version of Void it brings up a lot of questions. Could both Galacta Knight and Meta Knight also be incarnations of this being? After all, Meta Knights similarity to Kirby has always been a big points of his fights, with his mask breaking to reveal his face being in a majority of them.
BlazingAnimations Meta Knight is highly likely a recreation but Galacta is a bit shakey. I mean Dark meta is drawn to the Jamba Heart meaning he possibly wants to gain power from them.

So because the crown is from Void Terminas Magic than it possessed Magolor because he hadn't the control over it anymore. - Now we have the Star Dream from Planet Robobot which was created by the Haltmann Company! But it has the Nova heart in it and we know it is Galactic Nova...Than what is the heart?!? Easy! It is one heart piece from Void Termina! You know the Heart peaces from the Kirby Star Allies Game! - Dark Nebula is some kind of other part of Void Termina I guess?!? Because he is stated to be the Lord of the Underworld means that he is not Dark Matter but he is really looking like him -Now Dark Crafter...He would be a reincarnation of Dark Matter or more a reborn Dark Matter ...I. don't know..but some kind of that! My theory is that Gooey is just kinda there. Kirby just tripped over him at one point, and they decided to be friends. If Kirby is "good" void, Dark Matter is "evil" void, and Gooey is a part of Dark Matter, it's possible Gooey is what happens when you give evil void good characteristics. So, blank void? neutral void? Goo void.
gooey is a dark matter BUT he took kirby *'s characteristic (two eyes and a mouth, copy ability...) so I guess gooey a bad void who has been purified in a sense by being with kirby, you know who in the story did this ? the first dark matter, dark matter swordman, he has a sword, a cape and a mask, I REPEAT a sword, a cape and a mask, guess you understand, knowing that this dark matter was jealous of dreamland's lifestyle he supposidly took a form similar to meta knight because he was becoming nicer (even though he did bad things) just the fact that he had emotions is anormal for a dark matter, and so he was more like kirby's species similary to gooey becoming like kirby. so in conclusion what I suppose is that dark matter exposed to positivity becomes more similar to kirby's species.
Dark matter can mutate. Miracle matter also has the same ability to use copyabilities, just at the evolutionary cost that it also became weak to them. And dark matter blade went rogue and split off from the others, attacking dreamland out of being jelly instead of wanting to take it over. I think the assumtion that gooey was just born diffrently by pure chance is pretty legit.
This probably means nothing in relation to _Kirby_ lore, but being an astronomy enthusiast, I can’t help but mentally link all this Dark Matter talk to how dark matter works in real life. irl!dark matter, in short, is mysterious unknowable stuff that math, physics, and gravity tell us should be there, but is otherwise undetectable. Neil deGrasse Tyson is pretty correct when he says that irl!dark matter really should be called “dark gravity” due to how it acts and affects regular matter, but that’s neither here nor there. Now, the irl Universe as we know it is actually mostly dark matter along with something people generally understand even less called “dark energy.” To wit: I won’t pretend for one second that I actually completely understand how this works, but dark matter is estimated to account for about 27% of the known Universe while dark energy is estimated at 68%; regular matter and energy together only account for the remaining measly 5%. The reason I keep thinking about irl!dark matter when we talk Kirbyverse!Dark Matter is because of just how _much_ of it there is in real life. And if, hypothetically, we equate irl dark energy to Kirbyverse negative energy, that may explain why Dark Matter appears as an antagonistic force more often than not. Maybe Dark Matter is just a natural part of the universe. It's not an evil being, just a force of nature that happens to absorb all light it comes across. There has to be a balance, after all.
People keep asking what the heck dark matter is, but you see, we know even less about Dream matter. What does it do? How is it expressed in attacks and symbols? Is it always positive? In fact, what about Heart matter or Soul matter.
You missed something HUGE In its heart description, it says void exists in all dimensions. That means there’s a INFINITE amount of voids. Just all in different dimensions. There’s no dimension in the entire Kirby multiverse where Void doesn’t exist. We only see 3 versions of Void in which Astral Birth Void being the strongest version of Void in the entire multiverse of voids. The void fight we see right now, or even the one in original soul melter, are what if scenarios. Astral birth void fight is just a alternate dimension where instead of regular void, we see a much stronger version of void. It’s just alternate dimensions. Knowing this, we can also conclude that extra modes like Meta Knightmare are alternate dimension. Basically, meta knightmare is a what if scenario where instead of Kirby saving the day, Meta Knight saves the day. I think this knowledge can help lore in the future as all this time we have been trying to connect the universes when the answer should’ve been at the start, it’s just a alternate universe. EDIT: To support this further a while back when miiverse didn’t blow up, on the Planet Robobot Q&A they said the extra modes may be what if scenarios. So there’s that too. However, I’m not good with trying to figure out who the heck is Void. I still have no idea if he’s a reborn version of Zero, the origins of not only Kirby but the whole universe, the list keeps on going on what void could really be.
That explanation doesn't make complete sense... because why the HECK would Meta Knight trash his own ship in the middle of a "save the day" adventure? No, I like to think that this run-through is training, an urge brought on by Kirby's victory over his world-conquering scheme, and thus centered around copying those adventurous feats himself, with limited breaks. After finishing Milky Way Wishes, of course his ego might see himself as a match for "the strongest fighter in the galaxy/universe", so upon finding that NOVA is reborn, that wish would definitely follow the motive. For humor's sake, I also like imagining that Kirby is not actually IN the universe at that moment... gotta be careful when wording your wishes!
The descriptions seens more like refering to Void being multiversal, and a unique being on its own. Remember, the japanese versión talks about Void as HIM (not many) being the origin of all.
actually,i am pretty positive on metaknightmare(nightmare in dreamland mode) is noncanon,because it basicly has nothing to say and two metaknights before dark metaknight doesnt make any sence.metaknightmare ultra is lol(because he just rebuilt his ship to thrash it again and not using it until mouse attack),but it still makes sence in the same timeline.and metaknightmare returns is a bit of an odd case because it needs interpretation as to how it could fit anywhere
Pretty nice to have a good ending where everyone is happy, no corrupted dead fathers without closure, no corrupted dead crushes to not be able to simp too, the Three-Mage Sisters are back in good health and Hyness is presumably back to his good self. Just as a Kirby game should be

Hm.... So Void isn't just Dark Matter, it's basically Primordial Chaos or something like that? Interesting.... Also, that's something that really ticks me off about the localization team for this game. They either leave out HUGE chunks of info. Or change personalities drastically. Heck, Robobot suffered a bit from this. Making Suzie say "I wanted to teach the old man a lesson", instead of "I wanted to wake him up" or whatever it was in the Japanese version. This is an issue I have with localization in general. I'd prefer for them to keep the original intent intact. The only things that should be changed are jokes and puns. If they don't make sense to the western audience.

The theme wasn't an insult to religion, and neither did it try to convert/convince anyone about anything (aside from the fact that Void is Kirb), but rather it was a presentation of the dark side of it (worshipping demons and such). There was no need for the censorship, unless you're one of those crazy people who criticizes everything...

I just realized: If the Jamba Heart was destroyed and Hyness didn’t have enough energy to revive Void Termina without giving his and the mages’ energy, there are still Jamba Heart pieces still out there in the Kirby universe…
I think the reason why that is the case is because of the bosses we faced. I think after Kirby beats the heart out of the bosses that were possessed, the hearts were destroyed in the process despite it not being shown in game
theory: I think the ancestors knew the void, and they began experimenting with it, they first created Kirby, in the purest version of the void, the problem is that he was too pure, he did not want to fight, he was powerful but he was not a warrior, they cryogenized him and they continued ... they created Metaknight ... this one was better, but even then it was not enough, the ancestors created such great things that an average warrior was not the big deal, they cryogenized him and continued ... they created a galacta knight. .. and things went to hell. I wouldn't know how but they managed to capture and encapsulate it. despite the failure of galacta knight they continued their experiments with the void. probably many of the ancestors stopped seeing it as an experiment but rather as a deity that could not be manipulated. Or maybe the void began to infect them little by little. probably the few who still retained their sanity before falling before the void, decided to send the first two experiments as far as possible, galacta knight was sent to another dimension so there was no problem, but if kirby and metaknight were infected it would be the end ... especially if kirby was infected. It is said that the Warps star are also creations of the ancestors and violate many laws of space time. probably sending Kirby many years in the future, when the race of the ancestors finished dying. under this theory, kirby and metaknight would be as old as the ancestors but it would make sense, kirby repeatedly shows deep thoughts, but the purity of his heart makes him innocent, kirby's mistakes are mostly caused by his innocence but This is possibly the consequence of being the purest version of the void. they already know: help those who ask you ... do the right thing... make friends They are all positive options but many took advantage of this to fool Kirby.

Heart...possibly could be Nova’s core Darkness...Dark Matter and the other “Dark” entities Soul...the various Soul resurgences of bosses Dreams...Kirby? He has felled Nightmare and nightmarish brings before. Plus, Void was always an enigma. We knew he had to be related to Kirby in SOME way. Maybe the reason Kirby is still a child reflects something in Void’s descriptions. Kirby, being a blissfully pleasant dream beating the awful, terrifying nightmares.
This is still the best canon video out there, and I'm glad you made it. I had a good amount about kirby's and dark matter's traits typed down, like 8, such as that they both use others' forms (whether by inhale or possesion), but that whole phone got wrecked so that's not an option. Anyway, Kirby seems at the peak of power by the end of this game, even able to output positive hearts and create separate incarnations of friends. Especially considering the 100% reward, the final picture, and the talk I've heard of a reboot, is this the climate of the (current) Kirby games?
I think void gets tougher to beat each time, because if he takes the form of the last warrior that defeated him, then something even stronger has to one up him every single time. I think this means that he might definitely come back as a kirby-like character, but with each defeat he'll grow to be more and more like kirby himself
I have crazy theories in my head surrounding Void Termina, most of which bring him in relation to Dark matter and Kirby as well. I'm starting to think that Zero, Void Termina, and Kirby are all related to some sort of cosmic essence, void Termina being closely related to its origins. Factoring in Zero and the the Dark matter force, they're definitely closely related to Void Termina, but still completely different. Especially since Gooey, once an evil henchman of Dark matter, suddenly became friendly and humble when exposed to *Positive Energy* from the residents of planet Popstar. This is all related to a type of cosmic force that hasn't ever really revealed itself to the Kirby series, but if we dig a little deeper, we can find it in a few places... *Nova* *Star Dream* *The Crystal Shards* *Halcondra* *The Ancients* and *Every Single Artifact In The Series* The beings who posses knowledge of using this "Cosmic force" (we know as The Ancients) were able to create reality interfacing tools such as *The Master Crown* and *The Star Rod* with the Cosmic force. But some beings we've met knew how to or gained the ability to wield this magical power, such as Zero, Marx, Magolor, and Dark Mind. But maybe, just maybe, Kirby uses the same power used by the sentient being composed of this power in its purist form. This being I speak of, is Void Termina. But again, this is just my theory, I think yours is probably a lot more well-grounded than mine.
Here's something that no one ever questions: if the heart was completed in the beginning of the game, than why did Hyness have to sacrifice him and the mages to complete it? Is the Void Termina that we fought not the true Void Termina, but a version influenced, corrupted, and made stronger by Hyness and the Mages? Are there potentially still some Jamba hearts still out there, wandering? Is it possible the butterfly got corrupted by one? Is it possible that Galacta Knight got a hold of one, giving a reason to why Hyness tried summoning him, to get a Jamba heart back?
It's because Kirby stopped Hyness in time before they were able to find ALL the pieces of the heart, and he didn't exactly have the means to find the rest at that point. Are there other hearts out there? Perhaps. But this game isn't exactly known for giving us specifics on things...
I’d like to think that after being defeated, and once you save Hyness and the Three Mage Sisters, Void comes back as a positive Dark Matter, and also just because it’s Kirby, the Three Mage Sisters and Kirby & friends just hang out, like the picnics in Kirby 64. I’d also like to think that Void created Zero, and then Zero created Dark Matter, because it just makes sense, at least to me. Hey, maybe even Zero, Dark Matter and Void hang out with Kirby too. I think that if they wanna reuse a “Villain” in a later game they should choose Void, because Void’s just actually the sickest thing ever

Thinking about Dark Matter, whay if they are sentient dark energy? Perhaps the Magic Mirror was infected by dark energy that curropted it. As for Gooey, I'm betting that he is more like some kind of mutant of Dark Matter rather than an incarnation like Kirby, after all, in Dreamland 2 and 3, black globs like Gooey were enemies in those games too, often to trick you into thinking that they are doors.
Its a fun theory for sure, a cute little head canon. In terms of realistically, a bit of a stretch. Pretty sure Classic Kirby was just there for nostalgic sake, not because Void is Kirb. =P

I've seen a fanfic idea that has Void become Anime!Kirby, but haven't actually read it yet. Given that said tale inspired another fanficcer that I HAVE read Kirby content from and enjoyed though, this "Terminal Paralysis" probably would be of similar (read: truly worthwhile) quality.
The Classic Kirby skin is a fun wrap-up and a nod. It’s not literally a second Kirby; moreso seems to indicate that Void was indeed reborn into Kirby and just went back to the beginning of Dream Land 1. Plus, this game’s expansion was celebrating Kirby’s history until now, so capping it off with a return to Kirby’s origin is a nice little wrapup.
I don't know if you covered this in one of your other videos but if you look at description individually for the Mage sisters during the Secret Ultimate Choice it will reveal each of the three sister's past about how they came close to death and how a man (presumably Hyness) came to their rescue and gave them their powers.
Say I just thought of something, what if Kirby makes his hats from memories too? Like how dark matter conjures his sword from memories. Specifically im thinking of the sword ability. Kirby in Kirby's adventure doesnt have a hat, but after his cameo in link's awakening, he has the Link hat.

Hey there, I'm the one who translated the section on Void about being the origin of all. For anyone interested, I didn't think it mattered as much at the time, but someone had asked me for clarification on whether he was the origin AND ancestor of all or the ancestor OF the origin, and if I'm going more literal, it is technically the latter. Void = Ancestor -> Origin -> Dreams, Darkness, Soul, etc. Keep note that the original text is just as cryptic and vague as the official English localization, so take even my interpretation with a grain of salt. Just know I did double check with my wife who is a native speaker. Gotta squeeze out any of the lore we can. Haha (It is interesting, though, that the official localization did indeed leave out that part.)
But if Kirby can materialize his memories does that mean that he's the one responsable of the appearance of Marx, Dark Meta Knight etc. altough of the disappearance or death of some of them. And it could explain why some of them are shown with their bosses abilties. Because all of them were once a friend but betrayed Kirby or they were enemies and became good. Marx and Magolor enters in the first category Marx is the one who gave a solution to the Moon vs Sun fight and Magolor asked kindly Kirby and his friends for help. Kirby remembers their good side but adds their bosses power to them. And for Dark Meta Knight it's maybe because he thought for a long time that he was the real meta knight. EDIT : Well it seems that the dream friends are there just because they wanted to be here and Marx has supposedly survived the crash and just want to get rid of Hyness. It's a bit stupid but I think it's canon

I think you're right about Void Termina's body being a memory,but perhaps the body is a combination of the 4 heroes of yore were a bird(probably a crow) a goat or sheep cuz of the horns a gorilla cuz of the body shape and posture and an elephant cuz of the feet.
I’ve always liked the idea of Void Termina. All of his forms have great designs and he’s basically anti Kirby. But the main reason why I love Void is because of the last part of his battle theme in Soul Melter EX. It sounds so sad with the piano and the depressing Green Greens bits that it breaks my heart and makes me cry every single time I listen to it. It is the only Kirby song that actually made me sob like a little child.
Someone in this comment section probably already said this but, SPOILER It's my believe that the new retro Kirby costume you get after completing Soul Melter EX is Void that transformed into a new Kirby. Considering how Void can be influenced it's not that far of an assumption. Also as we learned from Dark Matter and Void, being in the presents of pure "Void" can easily corrupt a neutral soul. This also leads into another theory I had, that being, being around Kirby can change a person's soul. i.e. the reason Dedede and Meta Knight are now friends with Kirby rather than rivals is because, being around Kirby fills you with positive and happy influences thus, they become friends(excluding friend hearts of course). Those were my theories, New Retro Kirby = Soul melter EX Void, and Kirby passively brainwashes people into becoming friends with him.
Apparently, one of the weapons used by the Aeon Hero in Kirby Clash Deluxe or so, is one of those Heart Spears... Which implies that, at one point, Galacta Knight was one of those four ancient heroes... Hmmm... Wonder who the other three could've been.

Hey @Metorz, Soul Melter EX is indeed 1 of the Hardest Challenges in any video game I’ve ever played, & after not playing quite awhile, I’ve FINALLY Conquered it! It came down to the wire, but I’ve prevail! My advice: Dodge Those Lasers in both parts of Phase 2! & also, Don’t Fear the Refections of those Shockwaves.
What if Kirby was apart of dark matter, but contains one of the Spears inside him. It's just in this game he contains 2. Maybe that's why Kirby was pink. But then again he started out white. But maybe white is the the beginning of a new form of matter, but they are white so they can choose what they want to be. So when they choose, they change to a color of that choice. I still need to understand why meta Knight is a dark color, but not as dark. He's just a mystery. Also in Kirby Canon from the TV show, it states that Kirby was a monster from NME, or nightmare. But, Kirby refused to be a villain, and became his own entity to fight back.

Honestly if Kirby is a version of Void it brings up a lot of questions. Could both Galacta Knight and Meta Knight also be incarnations of this being? After all, Meta Knights similarity to Kirby has always been a big points of his fights, with his mask breaking to reveal his face being in a majority of them.

- Zero of course we know is the real Body of Dark Matter and all Dark Matter fragments but Zero is maybe Void Termina but Zero is all that is left from Void Termina in an enbodiment form..
- Zero Two is of course only a reincarnation of Zero..really nothing to talk very much about him.
-Then we have Queen Sectionia!! Yeah we know that she is possessed by the Mirror she got from Taranza and then she was possessed by Dark Meta Knight who was Dark Minds minion.. From Taranza we know now from Team Kirby Clash that he was possessed by Dark Taranza who is a creation/minion from King D-Mind.
- King D-Mind was originally Shadow Dedede but was possessed by Dark Mind as a new body.
- Ok now we have Magolor...So he also has a soul Form but we know why! Yes his evil action he did..he did it by himself but because he fused with the crown in his second form after the defeat of his first form we really can see that he was now possessed by the crown..We can see in the Fight with Void Termina that with one attack he is using the crown...which means that it was originally his crown..but after his defeat in the past the crown disappeared and sometime was found by Lavandia..
So because the crown is from Void Terminas Magic than it possessed Magolor because he hadn't the control over it anymore.
- Now we have the Star Dream from Planet Robobot which was created by the Haltmann Company! But it has the Nova heart in it and we know it is Galactic Nova...Than what is the heart?!? Easy! It is one heart piece from Void Termina! You know the Heart peaces from the Kirby Star Allies Game!
- Dark Nebula is some kind of other part of Void Termina I guess?!? Because he is stated to be the Lord of the Underworld means that he is not Dark Matter but he is really looking like him
-Now Dark Crafter...He would be a reincarnation of Dark Matter or more a reborn Dark Matter ...I. don't know..but some kind of that!

My theory is that Gooey is just kinda there. Kirby just tripped over him at one point, and they decided to be friends. If Kirby is "good" void, Dark Matter is "evil" void, and Gooey is a part of Dark Matter, it's possible Gooey is what happens when you give evil void good characteristics. So, blank void? neutral void? Goo void.

gooey is a dark matter BUT he took kirby *'s characteristic (two eyes and a mouth, copy ability...) so I guess gooey a bad void who has been purified in a sense by being with kirby, you know who in the story did this ? the first dark matter, dark matter swordman, he has a sword, a cape and a mask, I REPEAT a sword, a cape and a mask, guess you understand, knowing that this dark matter was jealous of dreamland's lifestyle he supposidly took a form similar to meta knight because he was becoming nicer (even though he did bad things) just the fact that he had emotions is anormal for a dark matter, and so he was more like kirby's species similary to gooey becoming like kirby.
so in conclusion what I suppose is that dark matter exposed to positivity becomes more similar to kirby's species.

This probably means nothing in relation to _Kirby_ lore, but being an astronomy enthusiast, I can’t help but mentally link all this Dark Matter talk to how dark matter works in real life.
irl!dark matter, in short, is mysterious unknowable stuff that math, physics, and gravity tell us should be there, but is otherwise undetectable. Neil deGrasse Tyson is pretty correct when he says that irl!dark matter really should be called “dark gravity” due to how it acts and affects regular matter, but that’s neither here nor there.
Now, the irl Universe as we know it is actually mostly dark matter along with something people generally understand even less called “dark energy.” To wit: I won’t pretend for one second that I actually completely understand how this works, but dark matter is estimated to account for about 27% of the known Universe while dark energy is estimated at 68%; regular matter and energy together only account for the remaining measly 5%.
The reason I keep thinking about irl!dark matter when we talk Kirbyverse!Dark Matter is because of just how _much_ of it there is in real life. And if, hypothetically, we equate irl dark energy to Kirbyverse negative energy, that may explain why Dark Matter appears as an antagonistic force more often than not.
Here I’m purely postulating, but may this also explain why Gooey is the way he is? From being around Kirby and picking up from him?

Maybe Dark Matter is just a natural part of the universe. It's not an evil being, just a force of nature that happens to absorb all light it comes across. There has to be a balance, after all.
Void is the origin of the chaotic soup that formed all matter in existence. He is essentially the big bang.
So like, Gooey was first born in Dreamland and grew up to be like Kirby.
People keep asking what the heck dark matter is, but you see, we know even less about Dream matter. What does it do? How is it expressed in attacks and symbols? Is it always positive? In fact, what about Heart matter or Soul matter.

You missed something HUGE
In its heart description, it says void exists in all dimensions. That means there’s a INFINITE amount of voids. Just all in different dimensions. There’s no dimension in the entire Kirby multiverse where Void doesn’t exist. We only see 3 versions of Void in which Astral Birth Void being the strongest version of Void in the entire multiverse of voids.
The void fight we see right now, or even the one in original soul melter, are what if scenarios. Astral birth void fight is just a alternate dimension where instead of regular void, we see a much stronger version of void. It’s just alternate dimensions.
Knowing this, we can also conclude that extra modes like Meta Knightmare are alternate dimension. Basically, meta knightmare is a what if scenario where instead of Kirby saving the day, Meta Knight saves the day.
I think this knowledge can help lore in the future as all this time we have been trying to connect the universes when the answer should’ve been at the start, it’s just a alternate universe.
EDIT: To support this further a while back when miiverse didn’t blow up, on the Planet Robobot Q&A they said the extra modes may be what if scenarios. So there’s that too.
However, I’m not good with trying to figure out who the heck is Void. I still have no idea if he’s a reborn version of Zero, the origins of not only Kirby but the whole universe, the list keeps on going on what void could really be.
That explanation doesn't make complete sense... because why the HECK would Meta Knight trash his own ship in the middle of a "save the day" adventure?
No, I like to think that this run-through is training, an urge brought on by Kirby's victory over his world-conquering scheme, and thus centered around copying those adventurous feats himself, with limited breaks. After finishing Milky Way Wishes, of course his ego might see himself as a match for "the strongest fighter in the galaxy/universe", so upon finding that NOVA is reborn, that wish would definitely follow the motive.
For humor's sake, I also like imagining that Kirby is not actually IN the universe at that moment... gotta be careful when wording your wishes!

Remember, the japanese versión talks about Void as HIM (not many) being the origin of all.

actually,i am pretty positive on metaknightmare(nightmare in dreamland mode) is noncanon,because it basicly has nothing to say and two metaknights before dark metaknight doesnt make any sence.metaknightmare ultra is lol(because he just rebuilt his ship to thrash it again and not using it until mouse attack),but it still makes sence in the same timeline.and metaknightmare returns is a bit of an odd case because it needs interpretation as to how it could fit anywhere

Also, that's something that really ticks me off about the localization team for this game. They either leave out HUGE chunks of info. Or change personalities drastically.
Heck, Robobot suffered a bit from this. Making Suzie say "I wanted to teach the old man a lesson", instead of "I wanted to wake him up" or whatever it was in the Japanese version.
This is an issue I have with localization in general. I'd prefer for them to keep the original intent intact. The only things that should be changed are jokes and puns. If they don't make sense to the western audience.

The theme wasn't an insult to religion, and neither did it try to convert/convince anyone about anything (aside from the fact that Void is Kirb), but rather it was a presentation of the dark side of it (worshipping demons and such). There was no need for the censorship, unless you're one of those crazy people who criticizes everything...

I think the reason why that is the case is because of the bosses we faced. I think after Kirby beats the heart out of the bosses that were possessed, the hearts were destroyed in the process despite it not being shown in game
theory: I think the ancestors knew the void, and they began experimenting with it, they first created Kirby, in the purest version of the void, the problem is that he was too pure, he did not want to fight, he was powerful but he was not a warrior, they cryogenized him and they continued ... they created Metaknight ... this one was better, but even then it was not enough, the ancestors created such great things that an average warrior was not the big deal, they cryogenized him and continued ... they created a galacta knight. .. and things went to hell. I wouldn't know how but they managed to capture and encapsulate it.
despite the failure of galacta knight they continued their experiments with the void. probably many of the ancestors stopped seeing it as an experiment but rather as a deity that could not be manipulated. Or maybe the void began to infect them little by little.
probably the few who still retained their sanity before falling before the void, decided to send the first two experiments as far as possible, galacta knight was sent to another dimension so there was no problem, but if kirby and metaknight were infected it would be the end ... especially if kirby was infected. It is said that the Warps star are also creations of the ancestors and violate many laws of space time. probably sending Kirby many years in the future, when the race of the ancestors finished dying.
under this theory, kirby and metaknight would be as old as the ancestors but it would make sense, kirby repeatedly shows deep thoughts, but the purity of his heart makes him innocent, kirby's mistakes are mostly caused by his innocence but This is possibly the consequence of being the purest version of the void.

This is still the best canon video out there, and I'm glad you made it. I had a good amount about kirby's and dark matter's traits typed down, like 8, such as that they both use others' forms (whether by inhale or possesion), but that whole phone got wrecked so that's not an option.
Anyway, Kirby seems at the peak of power by the end of this game, even able to output positive hearts and create separate incarnations of friends. Especially considering the 100% reward, the final picture, and the talk I've heard of a reboot, is this the climate of the (current) Kirby games?

I think void gets tougher to beat each time, because if he takes the form of the last warrior that defeated him, then something even stronger has to one up him every single time. I have crazy theories in my head surrounding Void Termina, most of which bring him in relation to Dark matter and Kirby as well. I'm starting to think that Zero, Void Termina, and Kirby are all related to some sort of cosmic essence, void Termina being closely related to its origins. Factoring in Zero and the the Dark matter force, they're definitely closely related to Void Termina, but still completely different. Especially since Gooey, once an evil henchman of Dark matter, suddenly became friendly and humble when exposed to *Positive Energy* from the residents of planet Popstar. This is all related to a type of cosmic force that hasn't ever really revealed itself to the Kirby series, but if we dig a little deeper, we can find it in a few places...

and *Every Single Artifact In The Series*
The beings who posses knowledge of using this "Cosmic force" (we know as The Ancients) were able to create reality interfacing tools such as *The Master Crown* and *The Star Rod* with the Cosmic force. But some beings we've met knew how to or gained the ability to wield this magical power, such as Zero, Marx, Magolor, and Dark Mind. But maybe, just maybe, Kirby uses the same power used by the sentient being composed of this power in its purist form. This being I speak of, is Void Termina.
But again, this is just my theory, I think yours is probably a lot more well-grounded than mine.
Here's something that no one ever questions: if the heart was completed in the beginning of the game, than why did Hyness have to sacrifice him and the mages to complete it? Is the Void Termina that we fought not the true Void Termina, but a version influenced, corrupted, and made stronger by Hyness and the Mages? Are there potentially still some Jamba hearts still out there, wandering? Is it possible the butterfly got corrupted by one? Is it possible that Galacta Knight got a hold of one, giving a reason to why Hyness tried summoning him, to get a Jamba heart back?
It's because Kirby stopped Hyness in time before they were able to find ALL the pieces of the heart, and he didn't exactly have the means to find the rest at that point. Are there other hearts out there? Perhaps. But this game isn't exactly known for giving us specifics on things...

I’d like to think that after being defeated, and once you save Hyness and the Three Mage Sisters, Void comes back as a positive Dark Matter, and also just because it’s Kirby, the Three Mage Sisters and Kirby & friends just hang out, like the picnics in Kirby 64.
I’d also like to think that Void created Zero, and then Zero created Dark Matter, because it just makes sense, at least to me. Hey, maybe even Zero, Dark Matter and Void hang out with Kirby too. I think that if they wanna reuse a “Villain” in a later game they should choose Void, because Void’s just actually the sickest thing ever

Thinking about Dark Matter, whay if they are sentient dark energy? Perhaps the Magic Mirror was infected by dark energy that curropted it.
As for Gooey, I'm betting that he is more like some kind of mutant of Dark Matter rather than an incarnation like Kirby, after all, in Dreamland 2 and 3, black globs like Gooey were enemies in those games too, often to trick you into thinking that they are doors.

In terms of realistically, a bit of a stretch. Pretty sure Classic Kirby was just there for nostalgic sake, not because Void is Kirb. =P
yeah that was my theory to or Kirby Meta Knight Galacta Knight and Morpho Knight could be decendents as well in fact I call their race the Puff Void Knights

I've seen a fanfic idea that has Void become Anime!Kirby, but haven't actually read it yet. Given that said tale inspired another fanficcer that I HAVE read Kirby content from and enjoyed though, this "Terminal Paralysis" probably would be of similar (read: truly worthwhile) quality.
The Classic Kirby skin is a fun wrap-up and a nod. It’s not literally a second Kirby; moreso seems to indicate that Void was indeed reborn into Kirby and just went back to the beginning of Dream Land 1. Plus, this game’s expansion was celebrating Kirby’s history until now, so capping it off with a return to Kirby’s origin is a nice little wrapup.

I don't know if you covered this in one of your other videos but if you look at description individually for the Mage sisters during the Secret Ultimate Choice it will reveal each of the three sister's past about how they came close to death and how a man (presumably Hyness) came to their rescue and gave them their powers.

Say I just thought of something, what if Kirby makes his hats from memories too? Like how dark matter conjures his sword from memories. Specifically im thinking of the sword ability. Kirby in Kirby's adventure doesnt have a hat, but after his cameo in link's awakening, he has the Link hat.

Hey there, I'm the one who translated the section on Void about being the origin of all. For anyone interested, I didn't think it mattered as much at the time, but someone had asked me for clarification on whether he was the origin AND ancestor of all or the ancestor OF the origin, and if I'm going more literal, it is technically the latter. Void = Ancestor -> Origin -> Dreams, Darkness, Soul, etc. Keep note that the original text is just as cryptic and vague as the official English localization, so take even my interpretation with a grain of salt. Just know I did double check with my wife who is a native speaker. Gotta squeeze out any of the lore we can. Haha (It is interesting, though, that the official localization did indeed leave out that part.)

But if Kirby can materialize his memories does that mean that he's the one responsable of the appearance of Marx, Dark Meta Knight etc. altough of the disappearance or death of some of them. And it could explain why some of them are shown with their bosses abilties. Because all of them were once a friend but betrayed Kirby or they were enemies and became good. Marx and Magolor enters in the first category Marx is the one who gave a solution to the Moon vs Sun fight and Magolor asked kindly Kirby and his friends for help. Kirby remembers their good side but adds their bosses power to them.
And for Dark Meta Knight it's maybe because he thought for a long time that he was the real meta knight.
EDIT : Well it seems that the dream friends are there just because they wanted to be here and Marx has supposedly survived the crash and just want to get rid of Hyness. It's a bit stupid but I think it's canon

Yes. Kirby is responsible. Why do you think they are called "Dream Friends"? Kirby is a pure being and as so, it wishes for those who it released from the darkness to be its friends.
Kelly Johana They’re called dream friends because it would be like a dream to have them. It has nothing to do with being made of Kirby’s memories. If that’s the case then all of Dreamland is just a dream from Kirby.

I think you're right about Void Termina's body being a memory,but perhaps the body is a combination of the 4 heroes of yore were a bird(probably a crow) a goat or sheep cuz of the horns a gorilla cuz of the body shape and posture and an elephant cuz of the feet.
And for the people who theorize that Galacta knight was a hero for yore I think that he was the leader of the heroes.

I’ve always liked the idea of Void Termina. All of his forms have great designs and he’s basically anti Kirby.
But the main reason why I love Void is because of the last part of his battle theme in Soul Melter EX.
It sounds so sad with the piano and the depressing Green Greens bits that it breaks my heart and makes me cry every single time I listen to it.
It is the only Kirby song that actually made me sob like a little child.

It's my believe that the new retro Kirby costume you get after completing Soul Melter EX is Void that transformed into a new Kirby. Considering how Void can be influenced it's not that far of an assumption. Also as we learned from Dark Matter and Void, being in the presents of pure "Void" can easily corrupt a neutral soul. This also leads into another theory I had, that being, being around Kirby can change a person's soul. i.e. the reason Dedede and Meta Knight are now friends with Kirby rather than rivals is because, being around Kirby fills you with positive and happy influences thus, they become friends(excluding friend hearts of course). Those were my theories, New Retro Kirby = Soul melter EX Void, and Kirby passively brainwashes people into becoming friends with him.

Apparently, one of the weapons used by the Aeon Hero in Kirby Clash Deluxe or so, is one of those Heart Spears... Which implies that, at one point, Galacta Knight was one of those four ancient heroes... Hmmm... Wonder who the other three could've been.

Hey @Metorz, Soul Melter EX is indeed 1 of the Hardest Challenges in any video game I’ve ever played, & after not playing quite awhile, I’ve FINALLY Conquered it! It came down to the wire, but I’ve prevail! My advice: Dodge Those Lasers in both parts of Phase 2! & also, Don’t Fear the Refections of those Shockwaves.

What if Kirby was apart of dark matter, but contains one of the Spears inside him. It's just in this game he contains 2. Maybe that's why Kirby was pink. But then again he started out white. But maybe white is the the beginning of a new form of matter, but they are white so they can choose what they want to be. So when they choose, they change to a color of that choice. I still need to understand why meta Knight is a dark color, but not as dark. He's just a mystery. Also in Kirby Canon from the TV show, it states that Kirby was a monster from NME, or nightmare. But, Kirby refused to be a villain, and became his own entity to fight back.
Let's hope Void Termina will live in peace as well. Poor Void. Conflicted with Positive and Negaive emotions.
