  • Ceramic Coatings need regular maintenance to extended the effectiveness and longevity of the coating. There are many different boosting products on the market but none with Reduced Graphene Oxide added to the formula. Adam's Graphene Boost is a robust topper for any Graphene Ceramic Coating or Standard Ceramic Coating. With the added Reduced Graphene Oxide Graphene Boost has a stronger protection backbone providing a longer lasting boost for a Graphene Ceramic Coating or Standard Ceramic Coating.
    Additionally, the Graphene Boost can be used as a standalone protection agent providing 6-9 months of water based Graphene Protection. Graphene Boost is very easy to use. Simply spray and wipe Graphene Boost on a clean car to boost the ceramic coating or add long lasting water based ceramic protection.

    I put a ceramic coating on my Camry using your guys' products and I continue to use Graphene Boost and I constantly hear positive feedback from my neighbors about how shinny my car always is. I'm 100% sold on ceramic coatings on cars. And the best thing about it is how easy it is to wash my car now. Keep putting out quality products!!!!

    Okay so I have reevaluated this and this is awesome. It’s like the ceramic version of H2O guard and gloss. Super quick to apply. As far as spray on protection applying this every 6 months is extremely appealing. Not to take away from the spray coating but compared to waiting for flash time I rather use this. Also the value proposition is huge when ordered by the gallon. You could compare it to something like the spray coatings or can coat by Gyeon this comes in at way way cheaper per onunce; even if you have to apply it twice as often. Can coat is at around $9 an ounce where this is at less than $1 am ounce when bought in gallon. I’m a huge fan of can coat but this is going to definitely find a place on my shelves and may replace a couple other products. I’m glad I reconsidered it.

    A lot of people complaining over something "they" have complete control over. Adam's comes out with new products which they believe the consumer wants/need. They do extensive testing before any products are released. I happen to love their products. The graphene product line to be more specific which I use exclusively for my CTS-V Coup. But, I digress. If you don't like the products....don't use them

      I hear yeah man and completely understand. They are coming out with products left and right but you might want to look at each product and see IF this is something you would like to use or not. This boost spray is a heavier protectant and designed as a topper. Sure CS3 and Detail Spray Graphene are also toppers but have different properties. I think it fits into the line, think about each use of each product and it makes sense. It's NOT a all in one type product.

    I used the Advanced Graphene coating on my Velocity Blue Mustang a few years ago with good results and still works well. In prep for a car show, I decided to use the Boost product for enhancing the shine. After washing the vehicle and bringing into the garage on a 70 degree morning, it went on easily and thought I didn't have any streaking when using a two towel method. However, when getting it out in the sun later that day, I noticed a large number of problem areas that I had to correct.
    It's ironic I had minimal issues in using the Advanced Graphene product, but this maintenance product was a headache.

      We are sorry for the issues! It should definitely enhance the coating, and you should not need to polish or re-coat the hood. If it is streaked, mist one or two sprays directly into a plush microfiber towel and re-wipe a small area, out of direct sunlight, then take a second dry plush towel and immediately buff the area with quick wipes. This should remove the streakiness. Less is more with Graphene Boost. The first towel will absorb most of the liquid, and the second towel should leave an excellent finish.

      Hi Emjayy, sorry we missed this comment! Shine level will be very similar between Graphene CS3 and Graphene Boost, but the main differences are that Graphene CS3 can be used as a waterless wash as you said, and Graphene Boost is a more substantial protection level that must be applied to a clean, dry surface. You'll be fine with the gallon of CS3 :) The Autozone exclusive Graphene Liquid Wax is a very nice product - very easy to apply (no high spots, easy to wipe away), excellent shine, and around 2-4 months of protection or more on a daily driver - it is an update to our Ceramic Liquid Wax, if you've ever used that product before.

    I applied 2 coats of Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating on our new RAV4 Hybrid about 10 days ago. Is it too soon to apply a coat of the Graphene Boost and is it appropriate to apply it to the glass also? I completely cleaned it up this afternoon so it's already prepped. Hi there, you could apply Graphene Boost now if you would like to add a bit more slickness to the surface, but I usually like to wait a month or two and then apply my maintenance product. You can use Graphene Boost on glass as well, but use it sparingly (less is more). You will most likely want to use 2 towels on glass and darker paint colors as well to avoid any smearing or streaks.

It can be used as an engine bay dressing that leaves a very factory look without any greasy residue, at about 4:50 into the video: ua-cam.com/video/QijaaaXLIg4/v-deo.html

      Yep, Graphene Boost is a pretty thick formula with a very substantial level of protection, so you do need to work quickly with it in small areas at a time, preferably on a cool, clean surface out of direct sunlight especially if it is a darker colored paint. The performance is outstanding once you get used to the application 👍

    1. With the Advanced Graphene Ceramic Spray, how long to wait before applying a second coat?
    2. With then using the Graphene Boost every couple of months, would these applications be "additive" in that they would help preserve the base coating of the Advanced Graphene Ceramic Spray?
    Thank you for your helpful answers....

    • @AdamsPolishes
      @AdamsPolishes  Рік тому

      Hi there, great questions!
      1. A second layer is not necessary, but if you would like to apply one, 1-2 hours after application of the first layer, then allow it to cure for 4-6 hours before being exposed to moisture or water. The first layer of graphene ceramic will somewhat reject the second layer, so the second layer will feel like it is applying much easier.
      2. Yes, graphene boost will somewhat extend the life of the coating, but it is more to bring back excellent hydrophobic behavior after the base coating eventually picks up some contamination.

    • @AdamsPolishes
      @AdamsPolishes  Рік тому +2

      Hi there, yes you can re-use towels that are used with Graphene Boost, however, you will want to soak them in water quickly after use if you are not going to wash them immediately - the longer the Graphene Boost residue absorbs into the towel, the more hydrophobic and water repellent the towel will become.

      Hi! Yes, Graphene Boost can be used on nearly any exterior surface - paint, glass, chrome, and plastics. Just make sure to clean the glass very well first and use two towels to avoid any streaks or smearing. If the glass has not been clayed recently, you may want to clay the windshield first for best application of Graphene Boost. The only exterior surface we would recommend that you do not use it on would be a convertible cloth top - Fabric Protector or Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating would be better options for that scenario.

      Hi Dee Jay, yep you can mist a few sprays into a plush microfiber towel and then spread it onto an area and then flip the towel over and buff away any remaining residue. Spraying into the towel will help you to avoid over spray onto other panels you may have already treated. You may still want to use two microfiber towels though - one towel to spray Graphene Boost into the towel and then a second clean, dry towel to wipe away the remaining residue. As you spray more Graphene Boost into the first towel it will have a tendency to spread and smear a little more, since it is a fairly thick chemical with strong protection, so that is why it's a good idea to follow up with a second clean towel 👍

Work in the shade if possible and use a very light misting as a drying aid, one panel at a time. It is a durable formula as well, so it is not something you want to use every wash.

I think I may do that soon anyways. Wipe down with panel prep and add a second coat. Not for sure tho, what do you think?

      Hi Eric - sorry we missed this question during Barrett-Jackson! You can use Graphene Boost as a drying aid but it's not our best option for a drying aid. You will want to use it sparingly on one panel at a time. It is a robust formula, so it will require thorough wiping especially on darker colored vehicles, where we would recommend using two towels - one to wipe it in, and a second dry towel to wipe away any remaining residue. Using Graphene Boost out of direct sunlight will allow it to be easier to work with on darker colored vehicles as well. Having said that, Graphene Boost is a a durable formula that can last up to 6 months or more per application, so you will not want to use it as a drying aid at every wash. Our Graphene Detail Spray, CS3, or normal pink Detail Spray would be better options to use as a drying aid, and they are all compatible with ceramic coatings, and have better price points for frequent use. We hope that helps out!

    I've always been a fan of Adams, but I have to say, I think since Adam sold the company that y'all are coming out with way too many similar products that pretty much do the same thing, with only minor differences between them. I know that wasn't Adam Pitale's philosophy, and I've heard him say so on lots of videos over the years. Just one man's opinion, but there's something to be said for simplicity, and I think y'all are losing that...

      In ways my friend , I do agree with you. Seems like. a huge push for Graphene and maybe they keep messing with it and finding new ways to use it. Detail spray and CS3 where already excellent products that go upgraded. This new Boost spray seems like a different product. I'm gonna reserve my opinion until I own it and give it a proper test.

      They just need a chart or something to simplify the logic behind each one.. They're all a bit different and I think the point is that you might already have a rotation that one can fit into but not others (like if you use a detail spray from another Co, use a different type of product like waxes, or don't want to commit to a full coating, etc).
      Graphene detail spray is good for 1-2 months
      Graphene Boost is good for 4-6mo
      Spray Coating is around 1yr+
      And the "true" graphene coatings are rated for 7+ & 9+ yrs but should probably be enhanced periodically.
      I think they can all have a place depending on how frequently you detail your cars or if you're using them in your business for different levels.
      It can be confusing though when you suddenly find out they've had a similar product that's better for your situation and you just bought the wrong one.

      Streaky and spotty can be worked out. I'm not convinced these products are guilty of this. Most of the time it's the end user not applying it correctly or using to much product. If you watch that video, you will have a streaky mess IF you use it on a hot car or in direct sunlight . So this product might be fine IF used correctly. I will have to pick it up and report back, I also have a black car and as you know, they show ALL FLAWS.

    • @AdamsPolishes
      @AdamsPolishes  Рік тому +1

      Hi Isaiah, you could use Graphene Boost as a drying aid, but we would not recommend it. Graphene Boost is a more robust formula designed to add 6+ months of protection per application, so you would not want to use it every wash. It is a thicker spray formula as well, so it will apply better to a clean, dry surface that is out of direct sunlight. For a drying aid, we still recommend our original pink Detail Spray as the easiest-to-use drying aid. It's safe to use on coated and uncoated vehicles. You can also use our Graphene Detail Spray as a drying aid, but use it sparingly and you will need to wipe it away more thoroughly with your drying towel.
