  • Hi! Eto na, after many years of baking pandesal, this is it! I can't believe that I can bake pandesal this soft. Crispy outside and soft in the inside, up to 5 days and still soft. ☺️
    No bread improver required.
    Ingredients:
    Tangzhong
    35 g (1/4 cup flour)
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup milk
    2 large eggs
    4 cups & 2/3 cup of All purpose flour or bread flour
    4 tsp instant yeast 14 grams
    1/2 cup sugar (you can adjust the sweetness according to your taste)
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup butter (113 g) softened
    1 cup Bread crumbs
    Bake at preheated oven 180 °C / 18- 20 minutes

    Oo nga Cuz....looking ....sarap nyan a🥰🥰...soft Pandesal nga....nakaSocial Distancing pa nman mga ngipin ko kapag ngumuya...5 day storage test its fluffiness...
    Yung binibili namin dito na Malunggay pandesal kapag d naubos gang kinabukasan parang bato na katigas ...ahahaha🥰...
