Well he had a pretty good car in 93/94, and he put it to pretty good use! Unfortunately the BMWs and Alfas respectively were quite a bit quicker. But I agree, Radisich was ace.
I remember hearing it was the fact it had to be homologated, so alfa decided to include a racing wing in the boot of the homologated car from the showroom. Fair enough, I'd say.

Actually it is quite a good joke, being antipodium myself here in NZ. I have a 97 Telstar 2.5L V6 TX5 which goes pretty well for what it is - a baby.
1994 there was arguments about the a aerodynamic packages alfa had , then the rules got changed and bmw jumped on the bandwagon...
