They are a breath of fresh air on the metal scene even though they are not new. While bands usually sound like other bands and have recognizable inspiration, Gojira just sounds like Gojira and that's what i love about them. Great reaction as always and long life to you both. Proud to be french. I saw them many times (last time in february), and as I didn't like their music so much at the beginning, the more they grow, the more they built their own sound and writing, so now it's really one of those band very uniq. Gojira is now a metal reference and they deserve it.

Probably the greatest metal band in the world rn. I go back and forth between them and Trivium in regards to whose songs will be played in classrooms and by aficionados in 50 years or a century.
They have numerous amazing songs, they are only 4 and trow this wall of sound in your face but they do it in an organized way, it pleases my ears every day 🤟🏻
