In his defense...the situation with his son wasn't his fault. They would've wiped them all out he HAD to choose. The boy was about to MARRY a Russian spy what kind of ending did you expect?

God only knows why they decided to cast Angelina in this, she is so out of place in this. When she acts, she over does it and is near obsessive to get as much attention as she can when she is in a scene.
She really stood out in a film where all the characters are hush hush, it was jarring when we first met her. Also the sex scene was very hard to watch. Also how can you take her seriously as so you young when they first meet.
They would have been destroyed. The Red Army was significantly stronger. That’s why they didn’t. And Patton said that, not Churchill. Both men grossly overrated.
The script is a masterpiece 👍
