Hi Greg, Doug from Maine here. Fun to see you on your Ruckus, another big man on a small bike. I run around on my Vespa scooter both on and off road. At 6’7”, I get good natured jabs from friends all the time. My Vespa is fine on logging roads, but I still use my mountain bike when heading for smaller trails. Enjoy your day!
I don't have one of these little Hondas...but it looks like you are definitely on the right (single) track with your ideas and message! Looks handy...and fun!
I use a bicycle when exploring new places, I need the exercise so don't allow myself to get ebikes, motorcycles and the like though if I were checking trap lines and the like I would reconsider. I've just stuck to wearing my rucksack but it would be nice to let my back breathe when it gets hot in summer so will explore other options.

Roads are pretty soft here. I've tried my mountain bike but its exhausting in the mud - but I'm in my 50s so perhaps that's the bigger problem :)
I thought those side straps were for compressing the body of the pack to help with 'slop'. But I use them for my axes and my bow!
Yes they are for that too.
