  • Are you struggling with an annoying, recurring symptom that you have no clue how to help make it go away or at least improve?
Chronic runny nose? Nosebleeds? Sensitive to EMF? Can't fall asleep? Sudden irritability? Itchy skin randomly? Hot all the time? Red-faced big time after exercise? Sensitive to alcohol? Breathing difficulties?
Most of these don't require a run to your doctor. If they do, your doctor just bandaids you with medications or stuff that doesn't work.
What you're dealing with here is a lack of awareness by the medical establishment.
    Histamine Intolerance.
It's gaining traction - finally - but most health professionals still have no clue how to address it properly.
This is a MUST LISTEN to episode - and a must share with others episode.
Head over to any of your favorite podcast platforms and type in Dirty Genes Podcast. Hit subscribe. Then play.
Enjoy empowering yourself. It's about time you know how your own body works. Once you know how your own body works, then you'll be confident you can help yourself feel better.
PS - Need a little more encouragement?
I'm including a significant offer to those who listen fully to the podcast episodes. Somewhere buried in the podcast is a coupon code for Seeking Health. It's a very good coupon code. (This offer expires midnight on July 6th, 2021)

Good afternoon fellow sufferer! After having suffered 55 years of unexplicable health conditions, some ovary surgeries, polymorphes erythem that kept me in bed several months a year and all these and much more that you have mentioned, i was finally diagnosed 5 years ago. During my life i ve experimented a lot, i had to otherwise i would die. I found out lots of things and now i can handle my life better. I had a very bad life because of my health. It doesn t matter, i just go on . I find that you cover the subject in a relatively spherical way but i believe that histamin is the substrate of many serious conditions and this is not well understood yet. Best wishes for health and a fulfilling life, never give up even if you stand alone against the rest of the world. Every person is different and doctors should consider this and be doctors and not merchands. You know yourself better than anyone else because you live in your skin night and day, trust your experience and talk about your issues. Love to all from Greece

Also, histamine block helped me tremendously post Covid because my lips and tongue got outrageously, swollen and nothing helped, not even NATTO. Doctors had no advice for me other than giving me, or wanting to give me anti-biotics. I declined. I decided to try your histamine block, and it was the only thing that worked slowly but surely. If I didn’t take it, the next day, my lips and tongue were painful and more swollen. It took about three weeks for things to get back to normal but I had no hope otherwise. I saw videos of people whose tongues were so engorged that they were hanging out of their mouths and had to be operated on to get them smaller. Scared the hell out of me. thank God for your probiotic, your histamine block.

It’s also associated with hyper mobility and small fiber neuropathy which I have. I unwittingly followed Dr Davis’s gut protocol for homemade yogurt. A couple weeks in, I broke out in hives, eyes swelled and neuropathy flared full body. Histamine in yogurt was very high. Plus I’m compound hetero mthfr with poor detox genes. Duh. No more yogurt or ferment foods for now. Low histamine diet is helping.

@@lisagardner4814 well the first thing was to research the histamine foods I wasn't aware of. Avacados were a big one. I eliminated those and no longer wake up all stuffed up. The itchy skin turned out to be a gluten intolerance. Seems dairy too. Although cheese seems ok. But eliminating the gluten and avacados and being really careful about histamine foods has made a huge difference. Plus I bought the hista block plus. Are you able to publish a list of high histamine foods? Most published lists 1. are extremely general, eg, coconut is low histamine, but dried coconut flesh is extremely high. Avocado is high histamine but avocado oil is not? 2 current published lists contradict one another.
What is the relationship, or do the same princples apply to oxilates and lectins? Intolerance to oxilates seems to be muddied with intolerence to histamines.

I started on a carnivore diet in January 2024 and also gave up alcohol. In no time I started to feel amazing & had zero redness. I thought I had found the answer. But about 2.5 months in, the intense flushing returned and with such intensity and with extra skin hotness (at about 2 months in). I am so tired of people asking why I am so red!! It's so embarrassing and very uncomfortable, and I also feel like it rules my life. With your video, I've finally been in the right direction. My daughter has had a rash around her mouth for 3 months now and I have no idea what to do. The only thing it seems like is HI or MCAS
She’s 3 years old so it’s so hard to know what to do with her supplement wise or even diet. I feel I’m going to mess up her nutrient intake but I also don’t want her to live in inflammation 😫 I’ve had about 4 breakdowns stressing about this situation this week. Links to the products is always a good add in to the description. Even a list of the products suggested would be great. Trying to write them all down while you are talking, especially when the closed captioned words often are wrong, seems less efficient.

Thank you so much for all your information! I hope you continue to make these shorts for the SNP's! I found your histamine block first from my MCAS group and wow, I could eat vinegars and eggs again and so many other foods! I am in Canada and I haven't been diagnosed with MCAS, it's just a guess. I get the same response (horrible inflammation and body pain, tongue swelling, neck pain, burning throat, sore neck and swollen nodes there, and my blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels drop drastically with PVCs every 3rd beat, benadryl and cetirizine helps) with histamine as I do to scents and other foods that don't seem to be high in histamine. I've read your book and I'm reading it again, but I am looking for info on my CBS gene and what other genes I need to look at that could possibly be causing this. Supplements are very hard to find that I don't react to. Are there any other resources like this that you have or recommend to help people like myself? Since being isolated inside our scent free home during the start of the pandemic, I suffer that mild anaphylaxis (paramedic and pharmacist both say that's what it is when my heart rate and everything crashes) almost every time I leave my home or if anybody comes over. I am not sure which supplements I should be taking to support cleaning my genes that could be triggering ana. I so appreciate everything you do to help people!

2018 was my histamine year. Red puffy swollen eyelids. Dry flaky skin under my eyes. One thing that helped me was going on vacation to Costa Rica for my vegan friend's wedding. We all stayed for a week in a beautiful place with a chef who made amazing vegan meals. It's very hot there, and humid, so sweating was a big thing. I'm convinced that the diet and sweating really helped me. It was a few months after that, that I learned of histamine and was following Dr Lynch. If you have opportunity to sweat safely, consider adding it to your regimen. I'm certainly no doctor, but have learned by testing myself and following Dr Lynch and others.

I also learned a lot from Dirty Genes the book, and the new Strategene DNA test. Slow COMT, compound heterozygous MTHFR, slow DAO in my wheelhouse. I wish you the best of luck. And I know something is hitting me off because I just had my first allergic reaction- was mango. Twice this month now (at least I know what it was- and I think it was just a huge histamine response. I turned beat red like a tomato from head down to my calves and all over else, and it was so hot and it felt like I’ve been rolling in nettles).
With all three of my kids I had severe vomiting the entire time, and did end up getting obstetric cholestasis.
    I have gall stones .
When I was pregnant with my first they forced the H1N1 shot on me, and now I also have food allergies and seizures (never had before).

I'm so sorry to hear of all your issues. Yes for me too the nosebleeds, tinnitus, migraines and red face after excercise and ME/CFS/Long Covid. I'm gluten sensitive and remember way back b4 I knew this that when I would eat spaghetti my inner thighs would get red like a sunburn and a week later the skin turned darker and rough. It was so weird. Now I know what caused it. Plus being on Paleo, GF, DF nightshade free anti-immune protocol, and now low histamine diets. . .It is stressful to figure out what I can eat so I compromise a bit on the histamine foods as you can watch your bucket and lessen the intake if necessary. Don't you just hate this toxic evil world we live in? The CV plandemic on top of all these other health issues! I think I'm becoming an expert listening to so many podcasts. Dr. Lynch is just great and he's figuring it out WITHOUT the big NIH $ that the psuedo scientists need to produce lying research for big pharma so they can make billions. I just am SO appreciative of Dr. Lynch and the FLCCC docs such as Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Been, etc. Dr. V put me on anticoagulant therapy and my migraines went almost completely away and the psoriasis improved 90%. Now there FINALLY are people in our corner! Look online for a good "functional med" doc or FLCCC one. Prayers for you to become 100% well! 🙏💖

There’s so much good information there. Also, what’s the difference between histamine block and histamine blocker plus because I have the former. Additionally I ordered histamine digest and your agent told me that it’s not called histamine block so I’m a little bit annoyed that I can’t confirm that with you. Quercetin (in HistaminX) and other anti-histamines can have a rebound effect that makes ASTHMA WORSE. They basically make you histamine resistant, and the body makes more histamine to compensate, so you end up with higher levels than you had before after a couple of days. It works similarly to the way insulin resistance increases insulin production.

Dr. Lynch, do you have any idea why raw dairy could have “healed” my allergies and skin issues?
Double C677t variant here. I used to have HORRIBLE seasonal, gluten, and pasteurized dairy allergies. My skin reactions I’ve had my whole life, my other food and seasonal allergies were triggered by severe mold poisoning. I went to a very renown naturopathic clinic in the Seattle area, and based on the specialists advice, I did a year long mold detox diet and supplament regimen + I went vegan/whole foods/plant based. She tested me for Lyme, tons of genetic conditions… just about any condition you could think of it seems. She tested. That’s where we found out about my mold poisoning, Lyme disease, and MTHFR. These were three of my big ones. I’ve been on special supplaments for methylation since then.
ANYWAYS. A lot of my psorisis, seasonal allergies, food allergies, and eczema did not flare as long as I did not divert from my vegan diet above and avoided trigger foods. So, the new diet + supplament plan did help. The moment I had gluten, pasteurized dairy, certain meats, the allergies and reactions would come back. So much so, I’d have liquid and a pus like substance coming out of my eyes and ears.
Fast forward to this year, I started CRAVING eggs. I believe this is because I was not supplamenting correctly on my nearly 5 year vegan diet journey, and I had gotten myself into a major choline deficiency, among other things. I introduced organic pasture raised eggs, and along with eggs, I started experimenting with very clean meats (grass fed lamb + beef) and introduced raw dairy. I travel for a living, so I began trying raw dairy everywhere I went that offered it. Well, I don’t know exactly what happened, but 6 months later, I can now eat ALL of my trigger foods and not have any reactions (I don’t eat them often though… I still avoid gluten, non organic and grass fed meats and veggies, and pasteurized dairy). It was almost like the raw dairy products fortified my gut to fight agaisnt my usual allergen triggers? I’m still trying to figure this out. My diet is now whole foods + raw dairy + gluten free + high quality organic and pasture raised/grass fed meat.
Side note: Thought my allergies are better now, I have gained 15-20 lbs and have not been able to get pregnant so far. This is the next big health goal I’m working at now.

Can you please help us learn how to get out B6 lowered? I don’t supplement B6 but it’s high. I have histamine intolerance, POTS, leaky gut, heavy metal toxicity, neurological symptoms from food allergies. I can only eat a few different foods for the last 1.5 years and haven’t found a doctor who can help me. I’ve had strategene done but I’m still so overwhelmed by that. It’s hard to figure out when you’re feeling so brain fogged at times. Then every time I take a supplement I get dizzy or brain fog and more. I want to try histamine block plus but it has B6 in it so I can’t. I cannot tolerate any probiotics at all bc I get severe vertigo and POTS symptoms. I also get nystagmus from these things. If I could afford it, I would fly to see you in Washington. It’s debilitating to be like this. Please help advise any way you can. I would be willing to show you my strategene or any labs you want to see. I did get my amalgams removed 2 weeks ago and in January I will be getting 3 root canals removed. I tried to take trs to remove heavy metals after getting the amalgams removed and it was TERRIBLE so I’m not sure how to detox too. I do have MTHFR, HMNT, MAO and other genetic SNPS on the strategene.
