What a great challenge! Going to dig into my stash of punches and die cuts
Great idea. I too need to dig out my older punches and make some pretties.
TDF, punch artist. Fabulous, fun video Tracie 💕
I get the house to myself this afternoon. I’m digging out my punches. Thank you. 🤗
Perfect!
Such a cutie. Time to dig out the unused punches!!!!😍
Have fun!
Fabulous, every time look for flowers they are always funky colors. Don’t have many punches but do have dies to try this. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰
You can make whale tail tabs with circle punches. I love making flowers, and will be joining this challenge. 💙
I rarely use mine too. There are two that I use for clusters fairly often. I accept the challenge.
Just seeing this now- not sure how I missed it - very fun- think I’ll try some whimsical 🐞. I agree about the stamp folder - going to have to try something else!
I love this! If you punch your lace edge first, then turn your tag punch upside-down, so that you can see where you're punching, it would be much easier to center.
oh! new sleeves and they are beautiful!🦌💌❤️📚
Thank you! 🤗
I'm looking forward to this series. You've inspired me to pull out those punches and start using them more. Your projects turned out so cute! Tfs! 😎
Awesome! Thank you!
I just had the great luck to discover your site on 4/01/23 !!! I am loving this so much !!!! Have my punches out and am having a wonderful time following your great examples and inspiration! I am so hoping for much more of your creations to come!!!
These are so darling Tracie! Thanks for the share! 💐
Thanks so much 😊
Very cute idea to make very cute embellishments!
Thanks so much! 😊
This is inspired! I will go pull out those punches right now!
Brilliant! Better than anything you can buy
You have inspired me to make something different with my punches from their original purpose
Sweet flowers! I have to try.
What a brilliant idea on the leaves. love it.
Thanks so much 😊
Thank you for sharing these ideas. I love my punches and this is a good challenge
These flowers 🌸 are darling!! I have a flower punch and I am going to try to make these. Thanks for sharing!
PS…I loved the leftover green scrap you had after you made the leaves! It’s a perfect way to make a Tab if you don’t have a “whale’s tail” punch!
Thanks so much 😊
Love the look of these flowers and once on the tag they are gorgeous ❤️
Thanks so much 😊
I have the same issue - I bought a bunch of paper flowers I didn't need and could've made them myself! So disappointed! This is a GREAT reminder to use our punches. Thank you!
I love what you made! So adorable! I have to get out my punches and get busy! I love to make flowers etc… looks so fun! 😊🌸🌹🌼
Thank you! 😊
Love your embellishments I to have to many punches and don't always use them.
Oh Wow, I have the same punches, thank you for showing us how to manipulate the paper / creasing it etc. for a more realistic look, so beautiful. thank you !
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent, lots of different uses, journal, cards, gift tag etc
Thanks so much 😊
Very sweet flowers...and tutorials......😻
oh wow! these are amazing, so glad ive still got my punches, my weekend is sorted
Enjoy!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻it’s years since I’ve made flowers. Us to make the one with scrunched petals in red and they look like poinsettias for Christmas.
Must dust my punches off xx
Love it! I have all those punches except the tag punch. I have tag dies, however. I feel so much better that "chucking" the stuck punch on the floor is done by the esteemed Tracie Fox. 😂 I thought I might be the only one. 😂
It works right? LOLOL x
So cute. The punch will make lovely flowers with out smushing or curling the petals
Really fun project Trac, you e got me thinking about my punches…such a shame that they have for the most part been gathering dust. Thanks for your inspiration ❤️❤️
You and me both! Such a shame we let them sit! xx
Traci: nice flowers. Looking forward to see what I come up with. Carol from California
Have fun!
These are adorable
Hi Traci 😁 It's Monday morning as I type this and as it happens I watched a bunch of your vids over the weekend - you are so very, very talented! Your attitude - if you could bottle it and sell it - you'd be rich beyond measure. I love spending time with you cuz I always come away with so many ideas. Thank you m'dear! Withove from the Southern California desert, MK ♥️😁🏜
Oh thank you sweetheart! I an so glad you are enjoying the channel xx
Good lesson in using what we have
Ohh hnnn. I own five punches but I accept the challenge! Tomorrow I will dust them off to see what I can create. Love this Tracie, you challenge and stretch our creative brain so brilliantly. Nightly night from SoCal.
You can do it! You only need one punch! x Get creative xxx
Such a cute idea. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
Darling! And very satisfying!
Thank you! 😊
Just watched and now making Thanks 😊
You’re welcome 😊
These are so adorable 💞💖I will try making some like this too💞thank you!
Beautiful!

Thanks so much! 😊 AND welcome xx
So adorable your genius. TFS and inspiring Hugs and Smiles
Thank you so much!
Holy moley...those are gorgeous. And you are right...the store bought ones are dicey at best. 👍🥰❤️
I think so too!
Tracy Thank you. Their Fabulous
Always a great idea to use what you have to the fullest extent! Pulled out some older die cuts and began! TFS the inspiration, Tracie!
Beautifully!!!!!
Thank you!!
I had to rewatch because I too have pulled out my punches and am trying to make my own flowers. Lovely video.
So pretty Tracie. Tfs. xx
Glad you like it
oh my gosh!!! i love these embellies!!! great job and can hardly wait to sit on the couch and start punching flowers. thank you for sharing
I totally agree- handmade embellies are better. You can customize any way you want, different cardstock, packaging paper, book pages, different weights of papers, different ink colors...you could even punch these out of the cool scraps you made and those would be awesome! And you could put other things in the middle, like glitter glue, button, smaller punched circle. What's nice about this is that with some very basic supplies you can make a lot of very different looking items. Your leaves are brilliant!
Well done you!
Awesome fun
Oh I love these so!!
I love them
This are gorgeous 😍 Thanks 😍
Thank you! 😊
These are delightful. So much more quality than the store bought. I am looking forward to this series. I actually don’t have that many punches. The ones that I like are rather pricey. But I do have circle punches. Need your ideas. 😍
These are so cute, love them and better then the purchase one 😍😍❤️❤️ TFS 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Thanks so much 😊
Thanx,,,,amazing as always
Thank you for the challenge. Your flower tag embellishment turned out beautifully. Looking forward to more.💚💚💚
Thank you so much!
A few years ago I made tons of flowers from punches and die cuts love them. Thanks for the reminder.
Totally excited 😊
xx 💜
Great tutorial
lovely Tracie thank you
Glad you enjoyed it
absolutely love those flowers. They are way better than anything you could buy online. Off to make flowers😉
Love this challenge. Your flowers are adorable and so is the embellishment you created. TFS *Debbie*
They look so much better then the store bought ones. I have bought some at Micheal's in a small jar that looked good but I think they were close to 4.00 a bottle. The jar says mulberry paper flowers, and I have a mulberry paper hoard.
Bellas y delicadas lindo trabajo.Felicidades.
I was also in Hobbycraft this week and saw the small white flowers. I didn’t buy them but I will make my own. 🙂
Easy and fun to make! Good luck with yours x
Brilliant 🥰
Brilliant! Love the ones done from scrumpled up paper! Thanks!
Yay! This is going to be a fun FB challenge! I hope I can join! Working on taxes and still my craft room! I just got a circle punch for Christmas…can’t wait to use it! Your flowers are so pretty!!!
Fairly new to JJing so I don’t have many punches but will now look at the few I have differently to see what I could possibly do with them…thank you!
Brilliant
Such a wonderful idea! And much nicer than store bought! Thank you!
Hello Tracey, just love your paper punch flowers, so pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much 😊
I love my paper punches. Very excited for this series.
I am such a newbie really using punches. Has several for years but never know what to do with them x
Great idea
Glad you think so!
They came out so beautiful! I used to do a lot of those with all my flower punches… but you are right, some punches are hardly used…
I really love what you did with the boarder punch on the tag edge! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🌸💕♥️👌🏼💕🌸🌸
Thank you so much!
Well done hun. Try spraying your paper and scrunching after you cut them out. You can use a ball tool. The thing you got from mum with a round ball on the end. You use a circular movement to shape the petals. You need a soft surface underneath. Foam is great for this. I refuse to buy embellishments. Get those punches, Tracie is on a roll xxxx
Great idea!!
Very nice flowers and great idea using the forgotten punches😃😃thank you 💜💜
Glad you like them!
Great idea. I used to use punches all the time and now never do. I need to look in my stash and get those out again! TFS! ❤️
You should!
How fun! Your flowers turned out so cute….I love making flowers, thanks for the tutorial…🌼🌻🌸🌺
Thanks so much 😊
Yours are certainly worth more than the ones you bought! Thanks for the inspiration! ❤
These are so cute! You’re so right that I don’t use my punches enough! …but more importantly, I just love your rings! What is that large stone? Just beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Those are so adorable! I have that same Martha Stewart punch, & a few others of hers, as well. I love handmade embellishments, so thanks for sharing!
These are beautiful Tracie, certainly gave me lots of ideas. Thank you. xxx
These are lovely! This video is a nice reminder! While I do often use many of my punches on a regular basis, there are those that do sit in the box under used. Also I used to make paper flowers when I first started journaling, but I really don’t make so many now. They are fun to make! So this is a great reminder to start making them again! Thanks! 😃❤️
Thank you so much Tracie I really really enjoyed watching you create those cute little flowers, and I really really love ❤️ how they turned out. I have that punch for the flowers and for the edge too. So I might have to accept your challenge. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤️❤️❤️
Genius!
I just bought your latest digital kit…. Very very excited! High quality and beautiful!!!
Amazing!!!!!♡♡♡♡♡
:-D
Love this! I have several unloved punches until seeing you 💓. So, thought I’d share this: while using my border punch just as you did, I put the tag in and accidentally flipped the punch over. I could see where it would exactly punch the border on the tag. Love little creative happy accidents.
Brilliant idea!😍 Think I am going to play around with the few punches that I have this afternoon. Thank you for the inspiration… 😁
Have fun!
Your flowers sure turned out pretty! I don't have a flower punch yet, but I can sure see the reason to get one! I'm looking forward to seeing your video using a circle punch to make flowers! I'm new to paper crafting and adding to my tool collection slowly. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you.
If you put the green circle on the sticky edge of post it note you can hold it in the puch easier.. Hope that helps 😁
Great!!!!
I've started watching and got to the 7min mark and realized that inking the paper before punching out the flower would be so much easier than tring to ink the little pieces...
Very inspiring, Tracie. Love the tag. 💖
