This is not easy for me to post. I know though that at least one person will watch and hopefully be aware of their own mental state. It feels so good to be able to get all this out in a video. It's not all in my head anymore making me feel ashamed.. and for that, I am GRATEFUL! If you are here and have watched my whole video.. thank you!
