That v6 sounds amazing 👌.. I like v10s and v12s but I'd prefer that v6 over them.. It's loud but not too loud and it sounds clear and harmonious... Now that im looking at the back of the 296, it kinda-ish looks like an F430

People who obsess of the cylinder count have no idea how cars work. The sound is a mix of so many factors, and the cylinder count is very low on that list.
The V8s still gonna sound more aggressive while driving V6 has more of a Japanese Ricer/Exotic foreign sound combined. Take the muffler off that V8 and it sounds way more aggressive already by just reving it. It all depends on what kind of sound you’re looking for tho.
I don’t want to live through this era anymore…we’ve ruined cars for absolutely no reason. Put as many filters on the exhaust as possible, it won’t save the planet. It’s just our joy of a glorious V8 engine screaming that’s been taken from us 😩😩
Cross plane V8 all day every day……… then a V6 🎉 Flat plane V8’s sound like school rice pudding or tree bark……. 😢 In line sixes, fives and triples sound glorious……. as do flat sixes, flat twelves and V10’s🎉🎉🎉

Flat plane V8s are essentially like a 2x 4 cyl. That's the reason for the sound being inhereantly weak.
