I have an app call Tell Me The Time. When I have an appointment, I set it on 5 minutes an hour before I have to leave. It will make a sound and a voice says the time out loud. This helps me. The last 15 minutes I set it on 1 minute, so it says the time every minute.
I listened to the healing feeling sh^t show podcast and learned that I need to let strong feelings out thru my body… like weeping. She shared what helped her cry. I just seeped during this podcast. Good work.
I think I'd like an app on my Watch that does old fashioned ships' bells. The day is divided into four hour watches and every half hour is marked by bells from one ring to eight.
