Bruce Lee gained this unprecedented notoriety or popularity because he was a sincere man and willing to share it with the rest of the world. When your intention is sincere and not fake, people will respect and admire you. That is the moral of the story.
This is the first time I’ve since an interview with him. Young yet mature and composed. I’m amazed that even teens these days know of him. As a Chinese American, I’m sad of his early passing, proud that he broke barriers, hopeful he continues to inspires us.

the best about about this imo was how he goes from a relaxed hand position to a punch and then back, try it it's lowkey hard lol. everyone usually keep their fist tight.

Not only fast, but his movements are precise and accurate, to the point that a simple, casual demonstration can become a classic framework for martial artist students to follow and imitate.
I was barely 10 years old when I heard that Bruce Lee passed away in 1973. I remembered this deep ache and grief that welled inside me. I asked God why? Watching all his movies with my family created a respect I never had for martial arts. As I listen to all the old interviews, film clips of Bruce as a young man at 24, he is both a legend and a beautiful soul who continues to inspire us all. His wisdom and understanding of life is so profound, his passion for martial arts seemed inherent that it’s as if, he was never meant to be of this era. He was literally larger than life. I miss him. ❤No one, not his own family can tell his story well enough than Bruce Lee himself.
I don't think some people comprehend how accurate and fast this dude was. Then combine that with his technique and strength? I don't think I've seen anyone to this day come close to Bruce. What a legend.

What surprised me most was his philosophical level and cognitive ability. He combined martial arts with philosophy, which was incredible.
It was not that incredible or suprising, because basically every martial art from ancient Asia was combined with their own kind of philosophy.
Martial arts is philosophy. It is a way of life.

I remember as a kid, about 10 years old in 1986, our school principal had invested in a huge television that he set up in the gym hall at school. On Saturday nights he would have a screening of a movie and we would all have to buy tickets to go. I only remember there was a season of Bruce Lee. We would all pack into the hall, all boys, eating popcorn and sweets and messing and shoving and watching the legend on screen. Good times.

the best about about this imo was how he goes from a relaxed hand position to a punch and then back, try it it's lowkey hard lol. everyone usually keep their fist tight.
Man's punches are like a well calculated machine, they move like pistons 😮

There is information about his fight with Walter.
What the bio is lacking is the info that Czortek was 45kg at the time and Walter was 90kg.
Czortek was starving, out of shape, his leg was far frm healed(from the shot) and on top of that he was fighting with a guy that according to today rlues would be in a cruiserweight, 200 pounds (91 kg)-> above it you have only heavyweight, where weight is unlimited...
And on the bottom of the list you have minimumweight, 105 pounds (48 kg).
