This is a great tutorial video! I'm an artist...paint professionally on canvas rather than on nails. I've been using liner brushes for decades. I notice beginners seem to be intimidated by long-haired liner brushes, however, you need those long hairs in order to complete long strokes. It's all about holding enough paint to complete the stroke. Short hairs cannot hold enough paint and you'll end up with choppy, dry lines. (Wow! The Spidey gel is fantastic!)

Hello, I'm just starting out in nails. I used to tattoo but unfortunately I found myself experience horrible pain. I think it was down to heavy concentration, a desperation to be accurate etc etc. So now I seem to grip hard but also I'm terrible with shaking. I'm not doing too bad and I'm trying my best to relax and not be so hard on myself, if I get the job done then so be it if my grip needs go be different from standard right? Your video is super helpful. I'm going to try all sorts of adaptions. My question is though, do you find it even harder on a real hand keeping steady when you have to work around fingers? Or does the clients hand help you stabilise? Thank you !!
