    ...Its really boring knowing the entire market including stock and crypto has turned out below our expectations as predicted by a lot of market analyst, but i see no point still waiting for market to go bullish when you can get into day trading and make huge profits ahead of bull-run. So far day trading has brought me a lot of profits under Daron Cheston's guidance.... Within 6 weeks, I managed to accumulate a total of 8.6 btc trading with my initial 0.9 btc.... Please don't sit back and wait for the market to skyrocket, before you get your hopes up again..

    Very good video but price is 1284psf and price starts from 950K to 1.1 m . I did not expect wrong information from you regarding price.

      Ummm , how is being in front of a metro ( red line ) connecting to marina , dip and jebel Ali not prime..

    I like your videos but this is a typical sales pitch of an agent, If we go with your logic then Springs, Jumeirah Park, Arabian Ranches 1 and Dubai Hills are also fake locations since there is no metro over there. Its easy to invest in these apartments but no one buy them at a premium in these average locations, try selling an apartment from other Avenue building in the same location, you will get the answer. It is so hard to sell an apartment even in business bay buildings which are developed by Private developers with good construction quality and you are convincing people to invest in Furjan with a private developer. All you can expect is ROI not ROE. People want townhouses and villas thats the progressive step atleast most of them retain value if the location is decent and good locations are just booming.

      If people only invest on townhouses , how are apartments getting sold out ?
      I've stopped giving my personal perspective after dealing with investors from across the world..
      Different investors have different investment angles.
      Nobody would have believed Belgravia in JVC selling at 2000 AED psf.

      @@zohaibmohammed9316 Sold out does not mean you will make money, even in Belgravia there has been little appreciation on the value those again end user products and Elington has a very good reputation. Now compare the previous Avenue buildings, who has made the money ? Ask the investors.

    What about Murooj al Furjan surrounding by old buildings ?
    Are you sure it is a great project?

      Murooj Al Furjan looks really good. Nakheel Villas have always been great.

      750,000 AED would get you an investor visa. Which can help get a bank account.

    Salaams, I have been watching your videos thinking you are providing impartial advice but this is probably not your best work of date as this is purely a property agent’s marketing video to sell a product of a less known developer by showing kitchen cabinets which even the best German quality probably cost under 15k gbp. Please stick to videos with impartial advice.

      In your own words, in a bullish market, I would only buy something with likes of emaar, nakheel etc and in this case would rather place my bet with emaar south than al-furjan. Metro next door is great but emaar community is no match! I am sure the developer and product is great but we are in a bullish market and it has potential to swing either ways come first quarter next year.

      It is debatable. Personally , I prefer this location to dubai south. Dubai South and Palm Jebel Ali are two areas which require time. And for 1000 AED per sqft: it is safe. I ❤ Emaar : But DCH , Mina Rashid , Hills , Valley and Oasis.

      I prefer also al furjan than Dubai south i cancel my unit in Dubai south to far and isolated al furjan is 10 min away from marina , palm and 5 min for sheikh Zayd road
      But some buildings in al furjan are awful such discovery gardens....

      @huzefarangwala2814 I would like to add , No developer in Dubai can financially motivate me to sell a product. Unless , I personally like a product or consider investing myself , I wouldn't speak about it on my channel.
