Same here. 12 pro max to flip 5. Even took my Anamorphic lens from Moment, it works with universal adapter instead of moment phone case. It’s so refreshing compared to apple, they sell same phone every year starting from iPhone 11. Same UI and design language, I had enough

It would be! The the downside is if you want to zoom in and grab a shot of the stage then the S23 series would be better! Sucks there is no perfect phone lol

Your vid sold me on this phone. One of my peevs with content creation is that it’s very obvious when I’m filming myself. Idk why that bothers me in a world full of selfie sticks and tourists but I like the idea of it being discreet. Also Samsung is pretty good about updating software and hopefully others put that in the community comments about the pinch to zoom needing to be updated to a simple touch to zoom. Thanks for your unique video as all I’ve really seen are unboxings!

I love the device. I had to pull and dust off all my battery banks because I turned always on to always on. I turned auto screen off to 10 minutes 😅 I'm maxing out on this 1k investment and so far its incredible.
I would argue that as a secondary device this would fit into many lives well especially for the younger market that are into social media. I would still have an iPhone, S23U or a Xiaomi as my main device for more pro stuff and overall better performance.
Yeah I want one as a secondary device.

You can use volume buttons to switch :)
@danielsin I found a workaround for the filming horizontally with the cover screen on an angle! If you start your video from the main screen, and choose 16:9 instead of 9:16, and then select the too right corner square, it shares the recording with the cover screen! You can’t close the phone though, but you wouldn’t want to anyway in this scenario. It only does FHD and not UHD, that’s the only downside. Hope this helps!
does it have a skin smoother filter built into camera while using video for v logging?

The flip 5 cameras are still pretty outdated and using the same ones from the flip 4. Hopefully next years model will have improved cameras. So S23 ultra for the better camera quality
Daniel - what brand case are you using on your flip 5? Usually I don't like clear cases but that one looks nice. Also, great video!

What are the best settings for video recording? Whenever I record on the flip5, I get this stuttering grainy look video when I move around. 🙄
