    I was always told never to work out more than 30 minutes. Working the muscles in your arms for 45 seems crazy to me. I would be exhausted after 15. ty

      Seem crazy 😂 that’s what 98% of people say. This is my short arm training for my subscribers, my personal biceps / triceps and other body part training are way longer. But it depends on your goals and what you’re trying accomplish.
