I am sure if you were not pushed into some badminton academy from the age of 5 your first experiences would not be trying to make your friend who is playing with you sweat or to even make him run you try to hit it not worrying about any placements of the shuttle... You do not straight up start smashing either.. The shuttle just goes back and forth slowly and it takes time to even achieve that (to achieve hitting the shuttle continuously without the shuttle falling on the ground) so just shut up bruh

I once played a guy who was heavier than me, maybe slightly less than half the weight of this guy. He tried to retrieve my high shot and twisted his spine. My advice to everyone is that badminton can be a dangerous sport. Better stay in shape so you don't hurt yourself or have a heart attack.

Im a badminton player also, and my coach has 20+ yrs experience and he is a really good payer he could have become a international player but he focused on teaching his son badminton(his son is really good) but sometimes people make fun of him for his size.

This comment is stupid..I was almost 90 kgs...with jogging and diet also doing workout..I can reduce 4kgs in 2 months..if I do extra jogging,extra diet and extra dumbell workouts I can make it 4kgs in 1 month.How can u say someone like him with approx 150kgs to be in shape in 3 months just playing badminton like that..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 btw I am badminton player and joined club when I was in junior high school and senior high ...I was the school's ace,so I know how to play badminton correctly..this fat guy can hit with the good wrist but just that..he can't run.so the fat will not reduce at all..

I played badminton for so much time before, I wasn't best but I won gold in single at my university competition. Now life is so busy that I'm dying to play badminton with someone who can return shuttle to me but I can't I lost my rackets, I lost my friends that time's gone. I'm just so bored without it. Please don't let this happen to you just play and enjoy your game try to improve it but don't lose your friends and time on being the best.

U know nothing about weight loss, his knees aren't used to alot of movement so if he moves around the court alot his knees will get fractured or he will get a shin splint

My experience playing with bigger players is that they mostly have good control and positioning to prevent having to move a lot.
If they knew how to play, before they got bigger, maybe.
