That Macan S is a beautiful car. It is indeed a twin turbo V6
I found this out when I picked up my 2007 Lexus GS350, when the battery is disconnected (or dead) the windows need to be initialized. Use the switch on each door press and hold the switch to bring them down and then up again (it may take a couple cycles) after that the switches on the driver door should operate normally.
Randy, I own a Lexus like the one you showed. When the battery dies, it resets much of the electronics. Each window has to be opened from its own door control the first time after a new battery or charge. After that, they can be opened from the driver door control.
Also, the back hatch didn't open because the doors, other than driver doors were still locked. Press the door unlock button on the driver door and the hatch should open from the outside or inside auto open button. Great cars and affordable to maintain!

The "wavy-ness" / bubbling on that camper means that the vinyl laminate is separating from the plywood underneath. Once that happens there is a very high likelihood of water getting in under the laminate and rotting the underlying wood. That panel itself will almost certainly need replaced the only question is how far the damage goes, as just like rust on a car what you can see is often only the surface of the iceberg.

The lexus has a window overide button by the door lock. Has a pic of a door/window on it. When pressed it turns off all windows except drivers window. Its to keep kids from playing with windows. Also great for locking windows after u pop of a taco bell bomb lol
Hey Randy the Lexus windows does work. The window lock button is on. It’s on the same panel that the door lock and unlock button is on.
Hey Randy, on the Lexus its acting like the window lock is on, try pressing it and then try all the windows and maybe the hatch also

The Lexus: The window lockout switch locks out everything but the driver's window. Even for the driver.
This. I own a Lexus and immediately said the window lock is on.
You really need to look at the roof on the Coleman with it being a hail damage loss. I'm thinking that there is damage near the front that it allowing water to get under the vinyl and damaging the plywood under it
That macan s also has the rare Sport chrono [ackage with sport plus and launch control.

I think that camper is a really, really good deal! For what you're paying for it. So what if you might have to put a few dollars in it, and if you like it, then it's worth it.
On that Coleman the delamination is indicative of serious water intrusion. Mostly repairable at a substantial cost.
You could probably get that travel trailer fixed but I have no idea. I also love 80s and 90s cars I’m enjoying these videos.
I have an 08 identical to that whenever the battery dies the windows have to be reset or they will not work from the master switch. To reset them simply roll them all down by switch on that door and then they will all work from the master. Also hit the unlock button on the master switch and the rear hatch will open
I'd go for the Macan. They are well built (still made in Germany) and a blast to drive. There is also a hatch button by the rear wiper
Randy, newer Audis will always throw a banch of errors on the dash whe nthe battery was drained. You need to bring the battery up to the voltage and then reset all the codes. Unless there was a flood damage, or serious accident those electronics are pretty reliable. I've owned two audis since new (2012 and 2017) and they've been running flowlessly.
Pretty decent Porsche Macon if it runs,drives and A/C works.👍

The body panels are all plastic skins, not hard to replace. The loose hood on that one is just because someone put it back on wrong. The entire hood comes off as 1 plastic piece and dangles off the front of the car from fabric straps. There are little levers you pull inwards on the grill to release the hood (no interior lever).
The engine is in the back under the "trunk" fabric, and under a metal panel with what are essentially wingnuts. All that's under the hood is the radiator, fluids, and battery. The rear of the car opens in two parts, glass levers up first like a normal hatchback, then the bottom half drops down like a truck.
"Automatic manual" dual-clutch transmission and a tiny 3-cylinder engine that has a lot of pep cause the car weighs nothing.
Also fun to point out that they were made by Mercedes 🙂
The Smart is pretty neat, since those plastic panels (sort of like the Fiero and Saturn) can be easily replaced, and with any color one might choose.

lexus is sweet can tell somebody took care of it. really like the porsche. Z24 haven't seen one of those in a long time. the coleman camp is decent hopefully there's not major damage on top.

The Lexus just needs the windows resetting. Tends to happen when the battery has been removed or gone flat.

That Sunburst HHR is kind of rare, only made that color from 2006 to 2008, so only a couple years.
That Dakota is just like mine was. 2.5 liter 4, 5 speed transmission, in 5 years i put 164,000 miles on it.
I like the Lexus and the Durango. The Honda Insight would be good for 100 % Jake's channel. Great video. Looking forward to the next one.
Even if you had to put $5000 to$6000 into it, You're still coming out ahead, in my opinion. My wife and I have a smaller camper than that, and it retails for close to $14000, and it's a 20 model.
I love the Z24. In 1995 I wanted one. They were so expensive, I ended up with a RS Convertible Blue Exterior and Gray Interior.
A reputable RV dealer can fix all those issue may cost a little bit but worth it and when done will be ready to go on a trip with the family.😊👍

I've got a side request, saw your video's on the Monte SS and the Buick Grand National both are 87's so why not look for a 87 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 and the 87 Pontiac Grand Prix, not sure which Grand Prix would be comparable but find one with a V8 and you should be okay. With the Audi i would be willing to bet that a new battery will fix the issues. With all of the electronics in cars today they are sensitive. A battery works to clean up electrical signals but with a dead one the electronics will run off of the alternator which will surge and create faults in the system.
My 05 MDX dash still looked new when I sold it at 170,000 miles.

You could get a new rough put on at would be warrantedfor 7-10 years. A friend of ours had that done on their camper, and I want to say it cost them about $5000.

I like the Porsche macan I'd like to have that over the Cayenne since I don't need such a big SUV but if maybe you can get it for about 10 to 12:00 I don't know why you wouldn't want to get it that's very reasonable I think for a 2016

Hi Randy. Does this work for a change of pace? Take us to a public car auction where non-dealers can bid on cars? I'd like to see what comes through and the prices they bring. My neighbor took me to one many years ago. You could inspect the cars but not start them. What could that mean? Saw a TV show where three people go to an auction, maybe public, and tried to outbid each other. The best part was the winner fixing the vehicle they won for re-sale.
