Taking the time & money to design & equip an airport so it truly answers people's needs is a phenomenal feat! Thank you, China for being the role model. Thanks, Yin for taking us there.

I stayed in one of these rooms late last year as I had pretty long layover at this airport and my wife and I were very exhausted. We tried the free lounge chairs at first, but I couldn't seem to fall to sleep so we decided to stay in a room. The airport, sleep pods, and all the various places I visited in China were wonderful.
These sleeping pods are perfect for a long layover. They resemble Japan's capsule hotels, but are much better, because they have doors and windows, and you can even have your meals delivered to your sleeping pod. It is almost like a room in a business hotel. If every airport in the world has sleeping pods like that, I wouldn't mind long layover at all.
An outgrowth and improvement from the existing Japanese capsule hotel concept, but with a twist of added tech from space, massage chairs and civil aircrafts
Japanese capsule things (capsule hotel, capsule ferry, capsule bus etc) are ways of avoiding being legally classified as rooms. That's why they aren't fully enclosed. That's why they don't have actual doors.

It's so funny to hear that it only took five years to build this huge impressive airport.
This is 2050 already. A place that caters to basic human needs, privacy, comfort, food, cleanliness, a beautiful setting, and very affordable prices-all at an airport! Who would have thought it possible? The Chinese, obviously.
Definitely not in the good ole Us Of A. They have everything down to to your almost breath, costs. Want a fork after you purchase dinner....think again. Cannot say I have have had the pleasure to visit there but, as I might also suspect, nothing gets broad cast unless uncle so and so says so. Here in lays the issues of what to believe. Having this many people in a country that I believe is smaller than the USA and 4 times the population would require some adversity for keeping most happy.
@ Go take a look, take your camera, you will be made very welcome. Hey,,buy a set of chopsticks learn how to use them, it's not that difficult. I have been to America and I did not expect to find a pair of chopsticks in every eating place there.
I started a UA-cam channel to show people the beauty of China and omg man your channel is amazing, you deserve a subscribe

American airports aren't nearly this nice. You have to sleep on chairs. No showers. Food's terrible. Litter everywhere.
Thank you for this look at the beautiful Chinese Airport... some great ideas in there

These Sleeping Pods Are So Cute 😊 But I thought looking at it from the outside it was going to have a mini toilet in there and like a serving window to retrieve food by ordering it on the iPad device but this is so NICE I wish I could experience traveling out of country like this
