I lost my mother unexpectedly 12 years ago and my grandmother 2 years ago. When I was 17 I lived with my nana when she was in hospice care until her death. I'm only now beginning to see how it has effected me. I'm 54 now and have 2 awesome granddaughters that have kind of forced me to go through thses feelings. Real person ASMR videos of personal attention are really relaxing for me. The fact that you're mother and daughter amplifies the effect. Thank you so much for making these videos. I went about my day yesterday listening with my headphones, not even watching. Your voices are so calm and loving. ❤

Thank you for talking about essential oils and diluting them. Always makes me nervous when i see people talking about essential oils but not acknowledging the risks of pure oils.
Totally agree and I will keep giving that message, so hopefully it does stop some people getting hurt but also shares the benefits of oils when used correctly❤️

I love that this video shows how important the visuals are for the asmr and tingle experience. I am actually a little devided. On the one side I do love the voice of yours, Fern, it is very soothing. One the other its always a little too much for me if I try to go to sleep to your videos.

One thing I would recommend is saying "Release" instead of "Breathe in". That way your body naturally breathes into your tummy rather than consciously breathing into the shoulders and chest. If those shoulders are lifting during the deep breathe than that's a stress response type of breath :)
Crysta build up on the right shoulder? Makes me wonder what country youre in, thats not a term a licensed massage therapist would ever use in the USA (im a LMT here). In ukraine people say salt build up 😅 . Its tension build uo in reality.
Yes I think it varies and also depends who you are taught by as everyone has their own description for muscle tension. I think crystal deposits, lactic acid build up, even grains of sand or knots are expressions I have heard lecturers use to help the student understand what they are looking for. 😊
