My physiotherapist have told me, that while getting a relaxing body treatment, a grumbling tummy is very likely a sign of the vagus nerve becoming activated! After learning this, I’ve started to embrace my ”loud guts” and think it’s actually a mark of respect for the therapist! They know they’re doing great job relaxing me 😁
I think I have understood your question. I can recommend you watch my video on self head massage where I do give some guidance around dealing with headaches. Also if you can find a good massage therapist near you, I am sure they can give you more individual guidance on which treatments would help you with this. I hope you find something that helps. 😊
