I used to be an ESL teacher and my foreign students told me that learning English in the Philippines is affordable. At a reasonable/affordable price, they could take quality classes and learn more effectively since they could practice and enjoy communicating with their fellow students. ^^
I have a mixed take of statements of these foreign students..I don't know if I should be happy or fell insulted because for me as middle class Filipino citizen, Private Schools School Fees are Sky High Expensive! and I am not kidding !!!
